Be careful!!!!
We booked a car online. When we pickup the car we have to pay more to get the car. In the internet they didn't mention anything about the insuranse we have to pay 140euros more to get the insurance for the car. There wasnt even any option to get the insurance straight from exer, only the insurance from discovercars. So people will take the insuranse from discovercars because everybody wants to have somekind of insurance to protect their back. So dont take this insurance from discovercars, take the insurance straight from exer!!!

Great experience
The woman who assisted us was very helpful and kind, everything was great. Although we had to wait some time, cause before us there was an annoying/disturbing client, she did her best to assist him, even tho they were totally rude to her without reason. Her “smile” during this encounter was not interrupted, which showed professionalism and she apologized for this incident (which was unnecessary!).

Terrible service
Terrible service, do not recommend this company to anyone. They lie about the conditions on their website to make you pay more and the car broke down the first day.
My friends and I were renting two cars and we didn’t have a credit card for the deposit, so I emailed them and the claimed we didn’t need a credit card if we bought the total insurance. When we arrived they claimed we weren’t eligible for the insurance (1st because one of us was 23 - which says it’s okay on their website; and 2nd because I didn’t have 2 and a half years of license - which I did - and later claimed it was 3 years of license needed. On their website conditions it claims you only need to be 23 and have 1 year of license).
They didn’t let us change the name in the booking until we called the main office and threatened to cancel the bookings.
When we went to deliver the car we saw multiple people in the same situation, which made it clear that this is a recurring issue (though the girl working at the pickup point said she never encountered a situation like this).
One of the cars broke down the first day of use and left us stranded in the middle of the road in a hot day for multiple hours - with no triangle or vests - which put our lives in EXTREME danger (they claim the triangle was there though I have pictures to prove it was not)
After losing a full day of vacation because of this, they said we would need to drive all the way back to the pickup point to give us another car - which we said no as we already had tours booked. They didn’t give us a refund for the days the cars were not used - thought it’s CLEARLY stated on their policy, and made us pay 200€ for cooling liquid (the cars problem was overheating… we drove it for 20 minutes lol)
The claim they couldn’t refund us was because we booked through their website, not in person.
Overall horrible service, cars and experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Everything was better than expected…
Everything was better than expected except the fact that on pickup a video taken to confirm the state of the car. On return there was a dispute over a line/scratch appeared to be on the side door of the car, however due to sun reflection it was not appeared during the initial check. Thankfully there was a person that remembered the scratch been on the car from the past and the dispute ended, Overall a great experience and definitely will consider rent a car from exer next year! Thank you
