Just getting Worse and enough is enough

I am writing this here to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service from Exertis Hammer. Despite multiple instances where we have been let down by missed deadlines, lack of communication, and unmet promises, I had hoped that these issues would be addressed. Unfortunately, the service has continued to fall short of any acceptable level.

My companies reputation is critical to our success, and the repeated delays and lack of follow-through from your front line "order-takers" have negatively impacted our operations and credibility. It is unacceptable for us to continue dealing with empty promises, long lead-times, and a lack of proactive communication.

As this pattern of poor service has persisted, we have reached the point where we can no longer justify continuing our business relationship.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your services for other clients. However, we can no longer afford to risk our reputation by continuing to work with your company.

Had a problem to redeem my Honor mobile…

Had a problem to redeem my Honor mobile phone free gift on Redemption web. So contacted customer service direct by email for help and must say in less than an hour my problem was taken over by Marlon wood customer service specialist and kept me informed till completion of order. If other customer service department in other companies would be as efficient as Marlon Exertis life would be a lot easier.

Firewall NOT as a Service

I cancelled a Firewall as a Service, with a date given for the 2nd of March, I have to pay until this date but on the 6th of Feb VPN services were disabled making the firewall useless to remote workers. Basically, told that is the policy, they can get turned off anytime. So I have to pay for a service that my client does not receive. I have had to refund the client, emergency install their new device. Not best pleased.

Have ordered two new Samsung devices…

Have ordered two new Samsung devices and since making payment I haven't received anything from exertis

One of the devices has even delivered and I still haven't received a confirmation from them regarding the order

It's over a week now and no sign of the other device

Can't get them on the phone Number immediately goes to a queue that never gets answered (Held for 2+ hours before hanging up)

Easily the worst online experience I've ever had

If you can help it Use someone else

Faultless Customer Service

I had to return a product I had bought twice in error. Paul and Jamie in customer services were amazing. Talking me through the returns process, Keeping me informed throughout, and dealing with courier problems for me too. The refund happened very quickly afterwards too. An excellent Customer Service and I would definitely use this company again.

Xbox package

I purchased an Xbox package which included Game Pass and some other bits and pieces. I encountered difficulties in the set-up process including access to Game Pass. Absolutely awful service and no…

UPDATED: What a difference a person can make. Paul Moores has been outstanding sorting out the issue, and I'm delighted to say it's all been rectified. Great focus, communication and going above and beyond to help. It's completely reversed my review and am delighted to give Paul 5 stars for all his hard work over the past two days. What a star, Exertis are lucky to have him. Thanks Paul, you've made my little boy very happy and smiling again.

Absolutely awful service and no understanding or help, which given my son's autism, made this a particually challenging issue for him and me.

I sent a sincere email, pleading for help as the xbox I bought just a couple of months ago stopped working today (a quality issue). I sent an email explaining the problem and the real need to get this issue sorted by Friday. My son saved all his money for 6 months to pre-purchase EA Sports 24. All his friends have done the same. It comes out on Friday and unless a replacement is sent asap he'll completely miss out, notwithstaning the waste of money. It may seem a small issue for some, but for him this is absolutely devastating. I explained all this to their customer service team and was just sent to a generic microsoft contact form, with useless chat bots and ended up having to send the xbox for repair - it will take at least a month to repair!!! Exertis would have known the turnaround times but sent me there anyway knowing i'd be left dissapointed - that's awful. I need a replacement sent now/today/asap. I'll happily send you the faulty xbox, i'll send the new one back when the repair happens, I don't care as i have no interest in getting compensation - but I need this replaced and sorted now please pleas please.

I even sent a contact, again fully explaing the urgent need for someone to help, to their CEO Tim Griffin - who just ignored me - wow! Does anyone at Exertis care and are able to step up to resolve this?

No response from digitalredeem.com

I purchased a 3 month Xbox PC Game Pass code from the EE Store and attempted to redeem it through digitalredeem.com. I haven't received the digital key and have tried to contact multiple customer services emails. I have yet to receive any response.

EDIT: After being contacted by customer services I have updated this review. Paul was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue. There seems to be some issues with the Digital Redeem service and their contact/support system.

Digitalredeem.com not working, no customer support - UPDATED

Similar to another reviewer on here, I have been trying to redeem an Xbox Game pass code on digitalredeem.com for over a week with no luck. I have contacted the support email provided on the website but have had no response from them either. I’m not sure if they are legit

EDIT: unfortunately the other provided email address also did not respond. I was able to find a contact email address on asda-xaa website in which Paul responded to and resolved my issue.

Since Paul was very helpful in resolving my issue I have increased my review score but I am still disappointed in the amount of email addresses I have had to contact in order to get a single response.

digitalredeem.com not working

Got 2x 3 month pc game pass codes but when redeeming them the codes from their digitalredeem page I get sent, it is are not valid, having spoken to microsoft they advise the codes are not valid too
