Moreover, when you declare that you want to buy without applying the VAT, the system suddendly doesn't work. So, your website does not allow to order your products under VAT exemption regime;

I'm still waiting

After two months, I still haven't received my order (part EXT210-15).
Due to this delay I am having serious problems and will have to spend more money.
Very bad experience due this delay.

My response to the explanation of exmootrim:

I have already indicated, I would kindly like to know when you will be able to ship this part to me, your sales team had indicated to me that I would receive in the first week of September and now from the last correspondences it seems that it is no longer this date. Please note that two months have passed since I ordered. I would have liked to make further purchases in your online shop but I am proceeding with other suppliers who respect the indicated delivery dates.
I hope to receive it as soon as possible to do a better review for you, otherwise I will do bad publicity.

I ordered a bikini too for our Landie…

I ordered a bikini too for our Landie and itbhas been delayed now almost well beyond the summer season. I had hoped to get it early August as was promised... Now August 19 and we are still waiting.. :(

hello it is august 15th and i ordered and paid for my order (a steering wheel for my defender) june 10th and i still have not received my order. I sent an email several times and I still have no response from them

Lovely product

Lovely product, very pleased with the quality and comfort of the seats. Some of the fixings were missing but these were posted shortly after so after a short delay I was able to fit them! Will be a returning customer as and when I need to freshen up my Series.
