I don't normally write reviews but the service, assistance and continuous updates I received from Expat Couriers is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received from any company.
Despite an initial confusion over booked weights and total volume they did everything possible to accomodate my load without any fuss or panic. They kept me up to date with paperwork and customs formalities and the load was delivered to me exactly at the estimated ETA they gave.
Mike is very helpful if you are new to shipping goods (as I was) and Terry the driver was brilliant keeping me up to date at all times of his position en route.
All round a great experience and can't recommend them enough!

I have no words to describe how seamless the process of moving my furniture from the United Kingdom to Bulgaria. Mike has been absolutely brilliant in explaining all the details to me. Terry who collect my belongings and transported them to Bulgaria has been a field standing and has followed me while I drive my own car over. Expat Couriers totally professional. Progress reports or delays communicated on a daily sometimes hourly basis. All customs paper work completed. Bonafide reciept. Have used Mike and company since 2017. I thoroughly recommend Mike and Expat Couriers.

Mike and his crew did a great job. I was in a pinch for finding a mover and he was able to transport all our goods from BG to Germany! Everything arrived quickly and undamaged.

Mike always delivers a first class service and often goes above and beyond most couriers being able to meet up with clients if necessary. Great man with a great smile and a big heart. His hugs are also worth it too.

I used expat to bring all my worldly belongings from UK to BG.
Its a daunting process to work through.
Mike clearly knows the system inside out and top to bottom.
It made the process pretty seamless.
Mike is clearly very busy and sometimes not the master of his own timetable, customs and the ferry port and any number of conditions make estimating times very difficult.
We were kept up to date always and Mike never failed promptly answer any questions we had.
I would use again and fully recommend.

How are everyone putting good reviews on this courier, my 80 year old mum has had very bad experience by these people… items broken, and then tryed to replace them with dirty replacements, which did not match.. painting has gone missing, a box which has my pass away dads personal items in there… then there are discrepancies over extra payment to which he said needs to be paid, the payments have gone up and then gone down… no offer of compensation for the loss and broken items, just tryed to pass it off with dirty items… NOT once did this man ever communicate with me, to say when he will bring my mums items, he just turned up, and expected someone to be in…
I have had no choice but to take legal advice and action against this person… I am very disappointed…. And will NOT recommend this company to anyone…. I have pictures of the table and chairs that was somehow broken, and the ones he tried to replace with….
