Complete Screw Up/Lost Funds

ID: 24919630.
My US Bank flagged the original purchase of $188.67 on Expedia for VietJetAir from CNX to KTI as fraud. No receipt, no verification, no email nothing. Check the records, I never flew anywhere after this crazy nothingness purchase. Endless worthless BOT Chats and at one point I had rented a villa in Tenerife Spain. Who knows what happened, you sure as ...don't., This has had an enormous impact on my life, days and days of endless chats emails and expensive overseas calls, cancelled medical procedures with deposits lost. Have any of you even tried to deal with your pathetic Chat system?

I never received any flight details by any means whatsoever from Expedia after it flagged the 188.67 that was taken from my account with the flight already having been booked on Thai Airways. No receipt, no verification, no nothing, email nothing.

Later, completely by accident I found out in one of the endless chats with Expedia that my original booking that you flagged as fraud, maybe had been booked on Thai Airways from CNX to KTI a really complete screw up that I had no knowledge of whatsoever. I never took that flight and knew nothing about it until later.

I will never use you again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've booked a flight through them, which turned out to be cancelled weeks before and no notification was given to me or a refund by this agency. Poor management and customer service, not worth the headache. Find a more reliable agency or site.

Like al other Expedia worst service ever

Last february I booked tickets with Expedia.th from Bangkok tot Sanya in business class with Cathay Pacific in july.
Before comfirming the tickets I checked the regulations, Expedia refers me to the site of Cathay, I read that changes are free and cancellations cost 1000 Thai bath per ticket.
Three weeks ago I called Expedia to change one flight and Expedia told me that changes are not permitted because of the regulations of Cathay.
I called Cathay and they told me that cancellations are permitted but I had to do it true Expedia and Expedia may have there one regultaions, strange.
I send three emails to Cathay and Expedia, Cathay replied, Expedia did it once and after my second email not.
I called to Expedia four times, expencive calls from Europe, every time I get some one one the phone I think just started at his job. Know nothing and put me on hold every time.

Expedia refer met to Cathay and Cathay to Expedia.
finally I can't do anything about it and I have to take it ofr what it is.

So people take my advice, NEVER make use of Expedia, I read a lot of review of Expedia al around the world and actually I didn't see much more then one star.
And don't forget, Orbitz, Trivago and Hotel.com is the same company.
