The experience was good

The experience was good, it took a few back and forth emails but what I wanted to be implemented was eventually added to my credit file there was an ongoing investigation relating to a specific issue on my report

I’ve always found Experian do their job…

I’ve always found Experian do their job very well and efficiently I’ve had many occasions when I’ve noticed something wrong on my report and Experian always do their utmost to help and rectify problems making life easier I would highly recommend Experian they do the hard bit for you and get you the result you need

Pay your bills your score goes up by 15, miss one it goes down by 100, borderline suicidal watching hard earn points get dragged away for stupid reasons.

I had been a victim of fraud and a default on my credit search should have been removed. Without Experian, it would’ve been months before it would’ve been removed. I will definitely advise using this service absolutely brilliant.

Rather pointless on this occasion

Rather pointless making my enquiry through Experian. Lengthy time to look into it, however timescales were communicated (extra star given for that) so the length of time for responding was known, but wasn't a quick turnaround. Experian didn't provide any additional or useful information regarding an unrecognised search and said if any further information was needed or disputed, go direct to the company.
Not really helpful, I still don't recognise the search but now I don't have the motivation to query it any further. More demotivating than helpful.
