£15 for something that the other 2 agencies give for free...?
Asked for an amendment to an account that was missing corrected data (a missed payment marker, where there shouldn't be).
Experian and the business in question both agreed quickly that the data was wrong. Got an email from Experian confirming that the update would show on my report within 24 hours. We're now several days later, and the update still hasn't appeared, and is affecting my score considerably.
This, from the **only** UK credit reference agency who wants £15 a month for insights into such insights... information that the other two agencies will give you for free.
To be clear; Experian invited me to review them, so here's my honest feedback.

They refuse to fix errors on your record
When I identified an error, they were very quick to wash their hands of it, instead of investigate as to why it occurred.
I also feel that they are using their monopoly in the credit scoring field to force a subscription on you (you can't get full access to your credit report, such as why its gone up or down, without paying). Plus they constantly force adverts for new credit cards and loans on you.

Communication..between every one ..once you've passed security and checks checked.. surly no search found just remove
Communication is good ....but not the dealings ..I got the details on my search in my account ..but I had to ring bank ..no search found ..from there on ..between me experian and bank .so much back and forth .still not resolved..if no search found between yourself and bank surely there's something you can do ..to remove the hard search.between you and bank .if they say no search found .it should just be taken off surely

Worth taking a look
I gave that score because I don't really bother with my rating going up and down I just look at the time and the service seems to be OK at the time i would prefer if company would let you know what there prepared to give and mine always seemed the same every time it never gets any higher
