Absolutely horrendous experience with them. Had ordered a Simba mattress with an old mattress collection included. They came and said mattress could not be removed as they had no room in the van. They... See more

We ordered a cooker and installation from Argos for my elderly mother-in-law, who cares for her severely disabled daughter and had the misfortune of having to deal with this company as part of the order.
We arranged for furniture to make sure delivery could take place. MIL waited all day for the delivery receiving a number of telephone calls informing her that delivery was on it's way, but delayed. After 4 p.m. they cancelled and said the next slot was a week away.
After a number of telephone calls to Expert Logistics (very poorly chosen business name bearing in mind their performance) explaining the situation, my MIL is stuck without a cooker, unable to make food for herself and her disabled daughter. Every time, we were given a different excuse, zero empathy or consideration for their vulnerable clients. Now looking for alternatives - you might save money with Argos, but you are getting what you pay for - or even less in our case. Shame on you!

I took a whole day off at home waiting for my delivery as I was text that it would arrive between 10am and 6pm. A voicemail that morning said my item would arrive between 1 and 3pm. It didn’t arrive. I got the same std text at 2pm that it would arrive the following day between 10am and 6pm! Another whole day to rearrange work and childcare for. The tracking of delivery does not work - I get a message saying “sorry we couldn’t validate your order”. I have no way of knowing if my item will arrive or not. This is for a Simba mattress and I urge Simba to not use Expert Logistics again as it’s a bad reflection on Simba. Disappointed and frustrated.

Driver called me to say he was 15 minutes away. Great, I thought. Expecting an oven to be delivered to upper floor flat.
20 minutes later customer services called to tell me it was raining too much and delivery couldn't take place due to health and safety concerns by the crew.
Flabbergasted. Order cancelled and re-placed with a reputable outlet.

Ordered from Argos, didnt know this company involved until too late. Came round, started to look for any reason not to install. I know the regulations, its part of my job. The tech line they call seem to think its all a big joke, everyones laughing. This isnt funny when an installtion of an important applicance is being delayed. Why laugh in my face. After their reasons to refuse install were counter-acted , they agreed to install. Then after that, they refused. Taking independent advice on this, they were being OTT & the issue they described was NOT valid to refuse but its their choice.
Worst bit is the way they think its funny. I dont blame the workers that came here, more the back office/advice line who scare workers/customers...why? probably to get uneeded work done. Argos have been 100% as they are the ones I have paid, but these guys are a joke...again not the workers that came, more the way the office manipulate and tease the client. You have been warned,
Awful complaints procedure: The delivery driver hit our property and caused damage to the sky dish. After multiple phone calls, emails and inconvenience the company offered me the cost of the time the sky was offline and the cost of the engineer to visit. Nothing for the inconvenience or my time in having to submit a form and multiple photos and phone calls back and forth. Wish I hadn’t bothered to even tell them.
The delivery drivers were excellent today 16.09.24. They delivered with both courtesy & professionalism, well made up with them.

Arranged for my Dual Fuel Range to be removed and a new one fitted. The fitter tested my socket and failed it. My electrician came out and tested it and could not find a fault. This was not the issue, the problem was the attitude of the so called expert sent by this company. Firstly he admitted he was not an electrician so how could he be an expert and how can this company call themselves experts when their own staff admit they are not experts. Secondly he refused to try and solve the problem and get the job done, he simply took a false reading, downed tools and left. I was in the process of house moving which I explained to him, he didn’t care about that and seemed incapable of any kind of flexible approach. The use of the term ‘Expert’ in this companies title is fake, an expert solves problems, he doesn’t create them.

Joke of a company. As soon as the delivery driver walked in I could tell he just couldn’t be bothered as it was 7am. Told me I needed a different dishwasher with a different type of hinge fitting than the one I ordered. Told me a load of jargon on how I’d ordered the wrong type. Argos don’t specify if they sell the particular type I need on their website (obviously not the drivers fault) but I order from else where- a local company with amazing reviews. Spent an extra £200 for a machine with the door fitting he claimed I needed. The new company arrived to fit the new machine and said it’s complete nonsense. He fitted the machine using the original door hinge type. Talked me through it all until I understood the different types of fittings and how I’d basically payed more when the original order would have been fine. I decided to keep the machine I had as I received first class service from this new company and would never go back to Argos now knowing they use expert logistics. When I spoke to Argos they told that they hear it a lot that the drives from expert logistics refuse jobs for no good reason! Never again!

Absolute joke of a company! Arrogant drivers who are rude and totally unhelpful. Office staff offer one thing, but the clueless drivers totally disregard their orders and do whatever they want. You only need to read the recent reviews on this shambles of a company!

Very disappointed. Ordered dishwasher week ago which was supposed to be delivered today. Delivery guys arrived at 7:44 and didn’t even bother to press the button on the doorbell so obviously I have missed it (well, I’m not sitting by the door waiting for a knock at early morning). When we called the delivering company they’ve said that we were supposed to expect them.. and you were supposed to press the button!! I was at home all this time!! Next delivery available after a week. Shocking service.

I've ordered a dual fuel cooker through argos on May 10th 2024 and had it scheduled for delivery 15th May 2024.
Expert logistics sent their AO "installation team on the 15th may" and they said that they're unable to do the installation because of the Hot Zone socket placement and wallpaper on the wall, we heeded their request and done as they instructed the following days.
We hired an electrician whom we paid over £100 to re-position the power socket to a safer unit from the hot zone and we had the wallpaper removed as they told us to do.
Fast Forward, the installation has been rebooked to almost 2 weeks later which is today the 28th May 2024, two delivery persons has arrived wearing an "installation" vest, and I brought them in, I've showed them that the sockets were re-positioned to a safer zone and we had the wallpaper removed as instructed.
The delivery/installation person said "Oh you have a corrugated steel pipe, it almost looks that it's made out of Lead probably? Oh no, we can't do the installation for that reason, sorry about that"
These useless people from expertlogistics have completely wasted my valuable time and patience, they could've mentioned this beforehand but they decided to bring this up, just so they won't do the delivery. I'm absolutely livid and fuming as I am sharing this experience.
They're looking for excuses and loopholes to avoid their duty, it seems that they get a kick out of messing around with the customer, which shows how of poorly run they are.
I absolutely would not recommend anyone to use expertlogistics for any service or delivery, they're unreliable, dishonest and not trustworthy at all.
Learn from my experience and avoid ExpertLogistics.
You're welcome.

So aparently after you pay for a Sunday delivery they cant find the place and fail the drlivery.
The place is a big building with flats ..next to a park ..on the main street.
No phone call to at least try and find it.
Paid for Sunday delivery because I have to work during the week.
No refund..no apologies .. shame on you!
Update: by magic they found the place on monday
Update 2 - installing means getting out all 4 bolds used to secure the drum ... not only 3 of them
Overall I would have been better without your services

They went to the wrong address twice. They told me they were coming to my place and would be 45 minutes, then called back to say they can't come to mine because it's 45 minutes away. They then kept calling me on a withheld number instantly telling me to give them my personal details. I then called them to arrange another delivery and despite arranging for the 4th they text me on the 3rd saying they are delivering on the 3rd. Just a complete shambles and not a service I would recommend

Worked for them 3 months. Worked 3 hours extra every day because you have to take the scraps, arrange them, you are not given time, you are working for free, they load the vans wrong and after that expect you to take everything down in front of the customer and load it again. After I threaten they fire me because they don't trust me. I was champion with the best reviews and worked properly fixing other ids problems. They are lazy and won't help at all, they just try to put other people mistakes as damages in your back. Payed 22 pounds an hour but you have 6 hours sometimes and they give you 15 minutes to sort an american fridge. Rasists to the core. I've never been so disgusted by a company since I worked in boohoo. That was my down level until this! Don't work for them, they expect you to carry american fridges 2 3 levels and washing mashines and expect you to be happy working for free for them. Useless office that stay and do nothing.
Experts who don't know how to use door systems. I've taken especially day-off for that delivery, was waiting for the whole day, staring at their tracking GPS app where is the driver (and it was showing far, despite I was next in the queue), only to be informed that the delivery failed. A minute after app shows failed for no reason, I've tried to contact driver (signal, but no response) and talked to helpline, no resolution, apart of rescheduling for the different week, even they knew that the driver was somewhere close. They claimed the driver rang, however, based on their app, the driver was never close, unless their GPS is broken, and at the end, nobody actually called a door system (and it's working fine and it's very loud, it can wake up dead, trust me). So either they were never there, or didn't know how to ring.
Update: Increased by 1-star as washing machine was finally delivered and installed, although the wooden floor was scratched.
It seems the system what they have is that they call you to your mobile 15 minutes before the arrival, if you won't pick it, then they won't come at all.

Order number: 36200194
Excellent communication. I received a 4 hour time slot text the night before; then email updates with real time delivery one hour slots, dependent on traffic conditions. Then a phone call when the delivery people were 10 minutes away.
They installed the new washing machine and took away the old, including rubbish and were efficient and polite.

Where is my washing machine?
I was told delivery between 7 am and 7 pm.. I got up at 645 am on a SUNDAY to un plumb the current machine so they could take it away.
Delivery time for the new machine changed 7 times during the day. At one point he was only down the road. The next time I tracked delivery he was over 45 miles away. And then the tracking and delivery time disappeared all together. It's how 836pm and no sign of my machine. My partner has work at 5 am tomorrow morning and is away for a week , he doesn't have any clean clothes to take with him given the original machine died on new year's eve. This is absolutely disgusting service. I shall be calling my insurance company tomorrow morning and letting them know the new machine never arrived.
