Absolutely horrendous experience with them. Had ordered a Simba mattress with an old mattress collection included. They came and said mattress could not be removed as they had no room in the van. They... See more

Bad business practices overall and try and avoid.. Original delivery slot was 7am-7pm this reduced to 2pm to 6pm. Got a call at 7.30pm to tell me delivery wasn't going to happen from the service centre. Communication has been very poor

The first failed delivery was my fault but the staff that came to install the appliance was so rude . I understand that they are contractors but it seems they don't want this job.
The second time, I got a time slot for the delivery and the time kept changing until it was too late for the delivery so they never came
No phone call, no update, nothing!
Absolutely outrageous!

Awful customer service. I received a message that driver will be with me between 9-13 nobody came and nobody even called. I called my self and lady reassured that driver is coming. At 8pm I received a call saying that sorry but we have to reschedule the delivery for the next week. I took a day off just because of this delivery and they saying we are very sorry wait till the next week. In the morning 9.21 I received a call that the driver can come on the 7th of October, I agreed. After few minutes I got a text saying that the driver will be with me on the 10th,so I called them again to ask why is on the 10th when we agreed on the 7th. They said:we can’t see that you spoke with someone today. Finally it was sorted out and con for the 7th of October.Fingers crossed

Poor planning of van capacity against jobs taken on. Often it would seem that because they are delivering items as well as removing scrap items at the same time if not delivered enough there is not enough room to take the scrap. Maybe get bigger vans!! twice now my removal of my old mattress aborted due to this issue. Booked in a for a third time with what the customer service said there is no guarantee it won't happen again so will try and get me in late in the day when all deliveries have been dropped off. Crazy who plans and coordinates this with vans that are too small for the jobs booked in. Sort it out as leaves a very poor customer service experience and frustrating for your drivers too i would imagine.

Poor customer service and very arrogant staff.
Mattress not delivered to room of choice because the delivery team of two men was too lazy to take the mattress upstairs. Excuse is that staircase is winding….that’s most houses in London. Note: My wife and I carried the mattress upstairs. Also could not take the old mattress for recycling because the company did not book space in the van. We will not buy anything in future, if this is the delivery company. If they want to investigate the post code is W13 0HJ. Delivery date 8 Sept 2023. Just because you refunded the recycling does not make the service better.

Absolute joke. Delivery rescheduled without a reason from Saturday to Wednesday, waited all day only to find out at 18:55 they will not deliver the mattress today. Next delivery available on Saturday….Time wasters. Avoid if you can

Not happy with the service of expert logistics they booked me in for 27/08/2023 I have the text and then they made excuses of text was sent by third party when I had spoke to the agent myself and booked it in. Requested a manager to call back I lost my commission for the day which was tomorrow and I can’t go to work too. No compensation for £400 commission plus waiting another 2 weeks for the cooker now.
Nightmare doesn’t even accurately describe my experience!!! Tuesday 20th they were due to collect my existing Super King Simba mattress and deliver a replacement at the same time. Delivery crew turned up, looked for the new mattress on the van, couldn’t find it! They’d delivered it to the wrong customer and because that customer had gone out, they now couldn’t retrieve it!!! How they managed that I have no idea because don’t the parcels have the name and address of the recipient on them?!?
Skip forward to today, Saturday 24th, when the re-delivery was re-booked for. Delivery crew turned up at 15:50. Straight off the bat, the chap apologised and said that they can’t take the existing mattress as he’s got no room on the van!!! I then had to refuse delivery as I don’t have the room to store 2 Super King mattresses!! It’s beyond a joke that this should even be a thing! Do the people at the depot not have the foresight to plan in advance and work out how much an AO van can hold?! It’s honestly beggers belief! The collection has now been re-booked (3rd attempt), for Wednesday 28th. I just pray it goes without any further problems because I’ve already had enough!!!

Two false promises of delivery and then on the third date following a chat (with a nice customer service person) waited in all day (for the 2nd time, one day booked off work!) following text message confirming delivery for it not to arrive!!! Rang the next day.. It's Damaged!!! So they sent it back to Aldi. No messages no calls no apology, nothing. Now Aldi have sold out of the double egg chair we were sooo looking forward to.

First attempt at cooker installation they couldn't do it due to plastic clips and plastic socket cover in the hot zone. Fair enough but the same installers second time now said it's too near to the washer machine etc. It is a joke

Bought a Stoves Range Cooker via john Lewis and opted for the full dual fuel installation service & recycling of our old cooker.
The delivery & installation was outsourced to 'EXPERT LOGISTICS' which from the outset was Uber efficient. Firstly liaising by phone, then by email (as picture required of installation zone) and finally to agree a date/time for delivery.
Dual fuel installation carried out on delivery day by the same team - so no delays :)
I had 2 text messages the day before to (a) confirmation delivery and (2) to give me 4 hr delivery window and a tracking link to the vans location.
Installation team where polite, efficient, tidy and respectful of my property, taking away my old cooker and then going above & beyond to get my new one fitted, and then explain how it works!
Superb faultless service

Amazing excellent service from the 2 guys dropping off our Smeg Fridge last Friday. We didn't get their names but they were super helpful and extra careful with our delivery. Massive thank you

I agree with a previous review that trying to track your order is a complete waste of time. Original email stated our new fridge freezer will be with us between 13:35 and 17:35. Each time we checked we were told We're running a bit behind schedule and we should be with you between x and x time. After each time elapsed (5 or 6 in total) our item has still not arrived and we have had to call customer services to get an update as we have had no telephone call from the driver. We have waited in all afternoon and it is now 18:45 and still no delivery. Apparently they will be here in the next hour and the tracking time is now saying 18:40 - 20:40 apparently the drivers phone has died and he has had to cover another drivers deliveries as well as his own. I have sympathy for the driver as he must have had a very stressful day but this is not good enough as regards delivery service and company practice.

This morning I was supposed to receive a delivery of an oven. It was scheduled to arrive between 7-11am. I awoke at 7 to find a missed call (delivery guys) at 6:53. No voicemail. I then tried to call the number back at 7:04. No answer. A few mins later I received a call from someone at AO who informed me they had attempted delivery - called me, buzzed property etc - but had failed to contact me.
This isn’t true whatsoever. I was in. The buzzer works. They called before the allotted time once and did not try again. They did not take my call just minutes later. Nobody attempted to deliver this or contact me in any serious way. I am absolutely livid. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

I could not speak highly enough about the service we received from the delivery guys, Josh and Ryan. We had an American Fridge Freezer delivered today, a little too wide to take through the door with the packaging on. They advised if they had to take off the packaging to get the appliance through the door it would be the customers liability, if it should be damaged. We decided to take the chance after having a discussion with them. The care they took to bring the fridge freezer into the house after unwrapping it was excellent and i cannot praise them enough. I feel the both of them should be rewarded in recognition for their service, expertise, care, patience and skill used to deliver the item. They are excellent role-models for Expert Logistics. Thank you Josh and Ryan.

Ordered a new hob via AEG with delivery and installation arranged by Expert Logistics. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. The installation team were aware they needed to remove the old ceramic hob and replace with the new hob, but instead of bringing any tools with the means of cutting or softening the sealant applied by the previous homeowner, the installation team preceded to lift and crack the hob beyond repair and damage the countertop. The drivers were apologetic, and the manager who I spoke to after the experience promised a call back with a solution with two working days, however I have not received any call since the incident.
Now, I have a hob which has been installed to a middling standard sat atop old sealant and not flush with the cutout, and they cracked my old ceramic hob and turned it into e-waste when it could have been reused elsewhere. I have still not received a call from Expert Logistics regarding repairing the damage done to my countertop, and therefore cannot recommend this company if they’re contracted to perform an installation on your property until a solution has been provided to rectify the problems that they have unnecessarily caused.

This company came to deliver and install my cooker to me twice and both times the delivery drivers rejected it claiming there was too many stairs. The second time I feel they were just following in the footsteps of the men that came the first time because they were told by the company why it was rejected the first time. The reason why delivery got rejected by the drivers was because I live on the fifth floor and they said they cannot climb so many stairs. I have had a cooker and a fridge delivered before by another company and the delivery drivers never even complained. They have to do multiple jobs in the same day anyway so they can think of my job as being two or three jobs in one.

Expert Logistics appear to be the parent company of AO (who doesn't seem to have a heading of their own on Trustpilot).
I ordered a 60cm cooker and a washing machine on the 22nd August and surprise AO said they could delivered and install on the 26th August 2022.
They came on the day and the gas fitter appeared to be more concerned about taking measurements of the cookers position for the "Hot zone"even though the there was 80cm gap and a brick wall with no cupboards on one side.
The fitter appeared to take more photographs of my kitchen than a photographer would of Kate Moss.
Then came the "but" statement. The fitter stated that that the gas connector would need to be moved so the gas hose doesn't kink. After "looking" in his van I was then told that the he did not have a T piece joint to make the modification. The fitter then went on to say that he could arrange another installation appointment, but he also said that the next fitter may also not have the necessary part.
So the fitter and his mate started installing the washing machine instead, but the following comment was overheard "if we were to work on that [gas] pipe we would have been here all day" !
The T piece in question would cost a maximum 50p from the likes of B&Q or Plumbase. What type installation company would send out a fitter without basic spares. Was it that the fitter was not allocated enough hours to carry out a job. In addition, why would a installation company send out another fitter for an installation again without a specific part ?
I have cancelled the AO installation and they have meant to have given me a refund, but I am now left without an cooker. Luckily I know a decent qualified GAS fitter who does carry adequate spares with him.
The washing machine appears to work !

How do I get "Expert Logistics" to stop calling me? I had a Samsung washing machine faulty under warranty which needed collecting by "Expert Logistics" - after arranging the delivery literally 2 minutes later I got a call for "Ian" to arrange for delivery of dishwasher - I explained it was a wrong number and recognising the voice I said we'd just spoken about my collecting my washing machine - in the last 2 weeks I have now had 12 calls from "Expert Logistics" for various people (none of them me) and it just continues - how the f*** can my mobile number be associated with all of these tickets - what a bunch of ..... I have ranted at one caller, asked for my number to be deleted told it had been, and then 10 minutes later another call - 3 calls today alone - all from a withheld number so I can't directly block them, I have to now block all withheld numbers. Unbelievable the abject level of incompetence, and all those people waiting for a delivery call about their washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher who never received it because THEY CALLED ME INSTEAD.
STOP CALLING MY MOBILE!!
