Megan from option finance has been fantastic through every step of the way. We’re first time buyers with a little adverse credit history, but with complications regarding our deposit amount Megan was able to find us offers the suited our needs regardless. Megan has been easy to contact, available at pretty much any time of the day and very patient especially when I’m sending messages wanting updates every day. Megan is a true credit to the options finance company and we will 100% be using her with our remortgage. Even though options finance had a slightly higher fee than other brokers we’d spoke to, we felt that the personal service and prompt support was well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend and have been so far with colleagues.
