From start to completion Megan has been outstanding, always available to share her extensive knowledge and recommend products that have met our needs very well. Had given up hope of trying to secure a mortgage. Previous broker had been trying to find me a mortgage for 3+ months. I decided one final attempt before I had to re evaluate my plans. In the space of a single week Billy had took on my case, found me a mortgage, got an agreement in principle and applied for the mortgage. Within another week the mortgage had been approved. When dealing with mortgage advisors in the past I’ve felt kept out of the loop and consistently chasing for answers to questions. Billy had answers to questions I’d yet to ask. He’s been nothing but professional and prompt in the entire process and has alleviated so much stress from what is usually a very stressful process. I wish I had sought his help months ago.
