I would just like to say what a team ! Tim from the start made us feel so comfortable and reassuring , he pulled a rabbit out of the hat with a great deal 👏Tim couldn’t do enough for us , on the phone out of hours and replying to emails etc , absolute top man .

Lee and Laura were brilliant. I had exhausted all other avenues re getting a new mortgage and prepared myself for rental. Option finance were my last shot after being turned down after multiple attempts by mortgage advisors. Option finance were confident of getting me a new mortgage offer which they did quickly and very professionally from start to finish. I had taken out a payday loan a few months previous to my applications and this was having a negative impact re getting a new mortgage offer. Within a week option finance secured me an offer at very good rate with a high street bank job done. I just want to say a massive thank you to Tom. From the outset he made me feel at ease and reassured me he would find the right mortgage for me as a first time buyer despite have a history of pay day loans. I had initially been turned away from another mortgage advisor for that reason so was crushed, believing that I would ever get on the property ladder...... Tom to the rescue!! Within 20 mins of speaking to him I had a decision in principle and was taking strides to owning my first home. Tom was always available to take my calls and even gave me his mobile number - I’m sure he picked up my call when he was out for lunch one day too. Tom is dedicated to his customers and was supportive throughout, he is on the journey with you and knows how stressful the process can be so makes it as seamless as possible for you. Shout out to Megan and Laure too who were always very helpful and friendly and promptly got back to any questions I had via email or phone. I have had an excellent experience with Davi and Megan and highly recommend the service provided by Option Finance.

We were looking for a new mortgage and a change of our current house mortgage to a let. It is fair to say I was a tough customer having changed the loan amount a number of time due to changing circumstances but Megan was always very keen to help and sort things out for me.

The whole mortgaging process from start to finish was a managed excellently, collation of important loan information through to arranging the final points on the loan was made stress free as the team managed all the engagement with the loan provider and gave me clear direction on what they needed from me.

I always found the team to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and any queries were always dealt with efficiently.

Option Finance were able to secure a good deal with a high street bank, we are very pleased with the product.

I would highly recommend Option Finance and will be returning again in a few years when my current mortgage term ends.

We were looking to remortgage in order to redeem a Help to Buy Equity loan. The whole process from start to finish was a completely stress-free thanks to Tom.

We were unsure exactly what the process would be but Tom was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions as we went along. He always responded quickly to any queries.

Tom managed to find us a great deal on our new mortgage (even better than our existing rate) and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Option Finance were pivotal in assisting me staircase my equity from 50 to 100% of my shared ownership property. Chand and Laura helped with finding the best mortgage and also to release some equity to pay off some debt. I now own 100% of my home and have saved myself around £800 per month in the process. Chand would often call on an evening to check in and update and no phone calls to him were left unanswered or not returned. Laura was great at keeping me informed and chasing some less than forthcoming third parties that my new provider chose to use. Emails to option finance were always answered very promptly which is very refreshing having dealt with solicitors previously who won't respond for days at a time. All communication and signing of documents is handled efficiently and in most cases can be signed electronically which dramatically speeds up the process. I wouldn't hesitate to refer option finance for any shared ownership or equity staircasing requirements. Thanks again!

They are excellent at what they do from finding the best mortgage, doing the paperwork, communicating with the required parties of the mortgage process and Laura with her lovely emails ( to reduce the stress). They stay in the process, with us, from the beginning of the application until the end when the money came in. I will go back to them again for any new work.

Its because of his efficiency and dedication that my family and I we’re able to move into our dream home 6 days before Christmas 2019. Really grateful to Chand Kundalia and Laura Floyd from Option Finance and I wish we'd gone straight to them rather than try and work with our bank in the first place! As a company owner/director, rather than an employee, our application was apparently not as straightforward as a standard mortgage but Chand and Laura made this simple and handled all requests/requirements in terms of information efficiently and quickly. They provided a mortgage suggestion to suit our circumstances and ironically it ended up being a cheaper and better product that we were being offered by the bank... or not offered as it transpired! I am very grateful and indebted to Lee Tonks and Kirsty. In our journey to secure a mortgage, we were turned down several times by lenders, however, Lee never got tired, he made sure we get a mortgage. He understood quite well what we wanted and whenever we felt dissapointed after rejection, he gave us hope to continue. He was determined that we will get it someday. Just excellent!! Turned down by 3 banks due to a large number of late mortgage payments and wasted nearly 6 months of trying on my own...to be honest, I'd pretty much Iost all hope. Came across Expert Mortgage Advisor online so contacted these guys as a last resort. So I was struggling to get a new mortgage as I had been to 3 different mortgage advisors and all said no, I didn't think I could get another mortgage until I spoke to Lee and the team, they got me a brilliant mortgage deal and where very helpful I would fully recommend them to anyone trying to get a mortgage

I'm really not the type to leave reviews, however, for Davi and his team I will most definitely make an exception.

After being blessed with newborn twins, we received a dreaded letter from our landlord - congratulating us on the birth of our twins, but also evicting us from our long term rental home.
We had 2 dogs, a cat, newborn twins, and finding another rental was proving to be very difficult.
Due to running our own business, and having a previous and very large CCJ on file, we believed we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage for a very long time. However, we tried none the less. We called multiple companies. We spoke with multiple brokers, some specialists, all of which advised that it just wasn't possible.
Only one specialist broker advised that there was a possibility, but we would be paying extortionate rates, and have to muster up a 40% deposit. After 2 weeks of searching, we had almost given up.

I stumbled across Davi and his team on Google early one morning, and after reading very similar reviews here on Trust Pilot, I decided to give it one last try. After all, I had an hour to spare whilst babies were asleep - what did I have to lose?
Davi was very kind and understanding, he didn't get our hopes up, and was completely honest about what to expect. He asked for a few documents and further information by email, and then he said he would be in touch within 48 hours.

Well, by the end of the day - Davi had not only managed to get us an offer, he had got us an offer with A HIGHSTREET BANK! He had stayed on late for the day, with our call being well into the evening. Our offer were at rates HALF that of our only other offer, and with a 10% deposit!

I cried. Legitimate tears. Admittedly hormones and stress may have played a part, but tears were shed nonetheless!

Honestly, there are not many companies that have this level of customer service and care anymore. I have recommended Davi to almost anyone who will listen.
As I type this, my entire family are tucked up snugly in our lovely home, and we all couldn't be happier.
