We contacted Option Finance as we hadn't lived in the UK for some years so needed assistance in finding someone who would lend to us. Tim sorted us with a proposal and dealt with all the paperwork on our behalf. This was completely stress free considering that this was done during COVID! It turned out to be very easy for us as Tim dealt with everything and only contacted us when required. We highly recommend using them!

Laura from Option Finance managed to secure a joint mortgage for myself and another when a lot of other people we called said no.

As a first time buyer, myself and wife had saved up 10% deposit for our mortgage but we did find it very difficult and stressful to get a mortgage as my wife is a staff nurse on zero hour contract with NHS. Very few lenders were willing to accept her contract. I submitted our mortgage application directly to one particular lender i work for, unfortunately we been declined and we were worrying about loosing our house.

When i first spoke to Laura Floyd and explained the unpleasant journey we did experience so far, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Due to lenders criteria and credit score requirement when lending at 90% LTV it was very difficult.

After chatting to Laura we then considered getting help from family members, something i don't think we would have considered if it wasn't for Laura.

As soon as we were able to increase our deposit to 15% Laura was able to find us a great deal from a lender who accept zero hour contract. Our mortgage application only took 2 days from the day the application was submitted to the day we got our mortgage offer.

I would strongly recommend Option Finance to my family and friends. They have played a massive role to get us this mortgage offer. Every staff we dealt with were very professional and helpful. We also dealt with Kirsten who i believe is the administrator. She went through our documents and made sure that every documents the lender could possibly have asked for was included and submitted to avoid any delays which is exactly what has happen.

Both Laura and Kirsten were very prompt in terms of replying to my emails, texts and calls even after 6 pm which is something i could not get from another mortgage broker i have used. At very affordable price, its definitely worth having Option Finance in hand

Truly exceptional service and experience. I would say we really challenged Davi and Megan to get us a mortgage. We are both self employed directors and that was just the start of it. However, it didn't phase them at all and they got us a superb rate quickly and efficiently. You need patience and need to provide what is requested asap but if you do that they will do the hard work. I can't say how impressed I am and I will be forever grateful as I have just moved into my half a million dream home and its thanks to them.
