If I could give the service 10 stars I would. from the very first conversation I had with Megan she was great, She had Tim give me a call to discuss my options and he was fantastic. I have had issues with credit in the past so was not very hopefully. However Tim took the time to listen to everything and give me the possible outcomes. That same afternoon he was able to get me a Mortgage in principle. I can confirm I have completed on my first flat, without any issues and got a fantastic rate. Tim guided me on what to expect and gave me realistic timelines. So happy with the service and couldn't recommend Tim enough.

Tom and Megan have been amazing from start to finish. I very rarely leave reviews but feel these two go above and beyond what is expected of them to get the perfect outcome for all. Tom worked tirelessly and was available anytime of the day and even weekends and evenings to answer any questions I had or to even just reassure me!
Our case wasn’t the most straightforward and Tom still took it on and persevered until we got the outcome we all so desperately wanted! They are both professional and polite and really have made our dreams come true! We can’t thank you both enough!

I was originally rejected by another broker company but Laura came in and guided me through what would've been a very frustrating time in regards to obtaining a mortgage offer. Being a first time buyer, I had little knowledge on the whole process, however Laura explained it all perfectly and was always ready to help, working day and night. Last summer, I did my research online over the weekend in May 2020, Davi rung me straight away and offered his help. After the several changes with my situation, I have always in touch with Davi. He was absolutely brilliant and was able to find me a good deal. After the mortgage principle has been finalized, I continue to work with Davi and Megan, and after I was mainly communicate with her. Megan is extremely professional and responsive, working closely with me through the whole process. Due to my personal circumstances the whole process took me 7 months, but these people were always on the other side of the phone and email, helping me to deal with solicitors, lender and lender's solicitors. We were referred to Harriet Milne from Finance Advice Group. We had not been back in the UK for the 3 years required by most high street lenders to offer a mortgage. She was absolutely brilliant. Found a couple of expat mortgage offers for us very quickly and had pre-approval secured for us within a week. She is extremely professional and responsive, working closely with us through the whole process. She found us a mortgage at a great rate which was granted without any issue when we found a property we wanted. Harriet has been so wonderful to work with that we are now getting her to broker our life and health insurance policies too. Couldn't recommend her services highly enough. We have owned homes before, but this has been our best broker experience - by far.

I was a first time buyer - no previous understanding or experience of buying a house.. The Developer recommended I use their preferred Broker NHMH. I was declined, 3 weeks of my reservation time allowance wasted. (you have a limited time period to get your mortgage before they sell your plot to somone else) this then led to undue sales pressure from developer which you really don’t want because they won’t listen to the situation they actually created. I had all but given up... Last ditch attempt, I contacted Option Finance via a blog. Within 8 days Tom & Megan had me approved with the Halifax on a rate half what NHMH were talking about! Tom's number is in my mobile; just like a tradesperson who does a good job, you keep their number indefinitely. Received the keys yesterday, I'm a very happy bunny! Please don’t give us the day jobs…no really 😊
