Im on a Debt management plan and looked to find a right to buy mortgage not joint with my husband but as a single applicant. I spoke to several mortgage advisors who looked around for a mortgage but couldn't help me unless I reapply for tbe right to buy jointly with my husband.

Tim came back to me after looking further doing a bit more research and came back to me with one mortgage company that I could try. It was a 50/50 chance.
