This was an outstanding experience in that all the hotels were excellent and the local guides went out of their way to share as much as possible of the customs and cultural of each country we went to. The staff here in the U S was super to help before the trip and if questions came up during our travels. 4 counties in 3 weeks was just right.

Explorient Travel service did an excellent job making all the arrangements for our party of 7 people in Japan. They booked everything for us - our hotel accommodations, train tickets, bullet train tickets, car service to and from airport, sumo training tickets etc. Kevin Yu was our agent and he was so helpful. We will definitely use Explorient Travel again for our next trip.

We can summarize our experience with Explorient Travel Services in three words. Reliable, professional, and valuable. Every part of our trip to Japan and China was arranged perfectly and went beyond what was described. All with the intention of making our trip safe, enjoyable and easy. My wife and I enjoyed virtually every aspect of this trip. Most importantly, our guides and/or drivers were there to welcome us at all three airports, and we were taken directly to our hotels in Tokyo, Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City. The hotels could not have been nicer or more convenient - all 5 star plus. All guides were excellent and could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend Explorient to others and have already done so. We traveled to asia with them last year as well, and will probably do so again in the future.

My husband and I are just back from Japan where
Explorient made arrangements for both pre and post cruise excursions for us. Our guides were great, covering all of the places we wanted to visit. Each of our guides hosted us for a full day- and one guide, Misayo even wore her kimono for us as we toured her hometown of Kanazawa. ( she hosted us for 2 days)
All of our guides spoke commendable English ,ordered our time wisely and patiently explained
local customs and history.

Explorient is a truly first class operation. On our recent trip to Japan, they set up hotels, guides in multiple cities and two car services. Hotels and car services were very high quality and guides were very knowledgable and early for ever meeting. We can't praise them enough.

We have used Explorient for three trips to Asia over the last five years, and they have done a great job for us. On our first two trips, everything was exceptional, with excellent hotels, guides, and all the trip details. Our most recent trip was to Japan. There were a few issues that were primarily due to the strict structure of travel companies in Japan, and Explorient handled those issues as they arose. Overall, we are very pleased with Explorient and will use them again when we are ready to return to that part of the world.

We were very pleased with our experience. We planned our trip in under 3 weeks and Explorient helped us secure our airfare, hotel and travel guides during a very busy season. We could not have done it without them. Their knowledge about the train system and luggage transport is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend using them to make your trip easier and more enjoyable. I have already passed along their information to a neighbor.

We partnered with Explorient Travel Services to book a two-week vacation to Hong Kong and Thailand which we took this past February. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Explorient successfully delivered my wife and me a world class travel experience covering both Japan and Myanmar in 17 days. All of the scheduled hotel properties were top notch, and the private tour guides were hospitable, knowledgeable, and spoke very good English. The suggested cities and sites to visit were well thought out and covered our interests. Logistically, the coordination and planning between all of the transfers simply could not have been executed better. We spent our Christmas and New Year's family vacation traveling to Thailand and Singapore in December 2016. Kervin was fantastic on his service and recommendations. The itinerary that he created for us was wonderful, with great private tours throughout the different cities we visited. The hotels he booked for us were all great 5 star hotels, the flights in between the different cities in Thailand and to Singapore went seamless and Kervin even selected wonderful seats for all of us on the different flights. His service was very professional, personable, and with attention to every possible detail. Our trip went smooth overall. We only had one inconvenience, and that was with our tour guide in Chiang Rai. Fortunately the local tour agency took care of it immediately, providing us with a different tour guide who was fabulous and made our travels in Chiang Rai an unforgettable experience. I will definitely recommend Explorient Travel Services to anyone who would like to travel to Asia. It was a pleasant experience traveling with Explorient Services. From my very first conversation, dealing with Kervin was always a pleasure. Each time, he was informative, witty, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, important or not. The trip we put together turned out to be wonderful, with all the elements falling into place, including the resorts and hotels in which we stayed per Explorient's recommendations. The guide/transportation services in both Myanmar and Bangkok - we went through 5 teams altogether - were also excellent, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. All in all, I highly recommend Explorient and certainly will use them again in the future!

This is our fourth time travelling to Asia with Explorient and once again they have not disapointed us. Everything was perfectly organized before the trip and once we got there we had nothing to worry about besides enjoying the sights, the local culture, and amazing food.

The private guides and drivers were all wonderful - very friendly, knowledgable, flexible, and willing to show you every place you planned and much more. The hotels were great. The restaurants could not be better - they were all delicious.

Explorient knocked it out of the park! The whole trip went off without a hitch and we were moving between cities quite a bit. The guides we had were fantastic. I really can't say enough about what a great job you guys did!
