absolute rubbish and appalling service
I purchased a brand new sony nwz zk1 walkman. The price I authorised my card to pay was £509.89. However the payment that they acutely took was £543.14!!.
I informed them I was not happy and wanted a full refund. They said they will process this within 7 business days but it sill hasnt been done. They dont answer their phones so I cannot actually speak to anyone.
Avoid this company at all costs.
They told me that they have told their accounts dept to process my refund. It's still not been done.
Export prive, you have my details, please contact me and process my refund NOW.

Bad Customer Service
The items I ordered werent available from the supplier which isnt their fault. However I canceled my order and they said my money would be refunded in 7-10 business days. Its way past that mark and my credit card has not been refunded. I have emailed them several times and gotten no further response. Now I'm having to go through my bank to get the charge refuted and its taking much longer. Terrible customer service!

1. I ordered product with expensive shipping.
2. after 30 seconds I wrote to you that I want to cancel this order.
3. I ordered the same product with cheaper shipping.
4. I got both orders.
5. I sent back one of the products.
6. you sent it back to me.
7. I sent this product again.
8. after half a year I still waiting for the refund!!!

Shipping provider was replaced to the cheaper one and I didn't get the refund
While making an order, I have selected and paid for the delivery via TNT Express service , which is well indicated in my initial invoice.
When the item was delivered, I have noticed that shipping provider is CHRONOPOST [via EMS]- Express. I have rechecked the order status and yes, shipping provider was changed by Export Prive.
After the contacting the customers service, I get an explanation why Chronopost Express should be selected for my country of residence, but I didn't get any clear explanation why the difference in the cost was not refunded to my bank account.
Since one month I do not have any news from client service.
I advice you to be very careful with this service...

J'ai commandé un appareil photo. Pour des raisons qui me sont propres, j'ai demandé à annuler cette commande. Export Privé m'a indiqué que celle-ci était déjà expédiée alors que j'ai reçu un avis d'expédition plusieurs jours plus tard ! J'ai bien reçu le colis comme il se doit et ai aussitôt demandé au service client un retour du matériel faisant jouer mon droit de rétractation de 7 jours. J'ai eu un premier email en retour me demandant des photos du matériel, pourquoi, je ne sais pas. Ensuite, pas d'email d'Export Privé m'indiquant la procédure de retour comme cela est précisé dans leurs conditions générales de vente. J'ai eu plusieurs fois une personne au téléphone qui me promet de s'occuper de mon dossier......sans suite. Pas sérieux du tout.
I ordered a camera. For reasons that are my own, I asked to cancel the order. Export Privé told me that it was already shipped when I received a shipping notice several days later! I received the package as it should, and I immediately called customer service to return the equipment by playing my right of withdrawal for 7 days. I had a first email back asking me for pictures of equipment, why, I do not know. Then no email telling me the Export Private return procedure as specified in their terms and conditions of sale. I had several times during a telephone conversation that promises me to deal with my case ...... unanswered.
