Brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered one day and it arrived the next day. The products are excellent, I have used them before so I know they are good. Very very good experience ordering from this company.

Product very good

Product very good, but in transit tin damaged, informed company '
They apologised , their packers never put packing in box .
Company apologised again and said the matter would be sorted.

Terrible customer service and outright liars

Mis-selling, rude, ignore customers and doesn't take responsibility. Stay away at all costs.

The response to this review was the quickest response i've had from the company, shame I had to go public first.

I am a little disappointed with the review you have given. Grafitti removal is a very in-exact science and our staff tried to give the best advice with the information to hand. As I understand it we refunded half of the amount paid but without any product, or even empty containers to send for quality testing, were unable to check for batch integrity. Selden, the manufacturer, did confirm that there had been no other complaints with regards to this product.
