Sorry you seem to be experencing difficulties with your mop head and handles. We are somewhat perplexed at your comments as these items are normally extremely hard wearing.
Also your comment about our phone number is strange as the number is right across the top of the web site and is also prominently across the top of the system generated invoice you would have received by email. It is also displayed on the contact us page where we also have a feedback form for those who prefer to email. Just in case however our number is 01622 714800.
