Nearly 5

I would have given 5 stars as the products and prices are good, however £8.50 postage is a bit steep !

Great customer service

Thank you for the good customer service I received when I my order didn't arrive as expected, but this was due to a stock level and was promptly dispatched to me. Thanks again for sorting it out, and offering a discount on my next order.

Not good

I ordered online on the Monday evening (15/01/18) and chased the order the following Monday 22/01/18. The lady was very helpful and called me back to say the courier company had tried to deliver on the Wednesday (17th) but no one was home so they left a calling card - nothing was left we had no idea they’d been. They re-arranged to deliver the next day (23rd) which they did. However the order was completely wrong! I called and asked them to arrange collection and refund my money. They collected today (29th) I’m hoping the refund will follow shortly.

I'm sorry you had such a poor experience with us. As you can see from our reviews we pride ourselves on giving top customer service but things have obviously gone wrong here.

We have a couple of new team members in our warehouse and the order checking process was not followed properly so the order picking error was not noticed. We have tightened up our processes now and of course the new guys are settling in. Our courier company deliver over 100 parcels for us daily and we have very few problems but occasionally the card system falls down without us knowing.

I apologise again and confirm that your money was of course refunded in full.

Excellent company

Initially I was disappointed that my order wasn't delivered but it transpired it was the fault of the carrier who had damaged my order. As soon this was discovered my order was delivered the next day. We are really pleased with the cleaning materials.

Used the company to order a small quantity of specialist floor product. They were competitive on price, delivered when they said they would and were responsive to a routine query I needed to raise. A good all round experience.
