The worst bank in DK
The worst bank that i’ve interacted with.For a loan that should be without monthly fee,because of their problem with card payment,i was charged 29kr/month for direct payment in their bank account.Phone costumer service is nice only when they are calling you.If you are calling them for informations,they are so rude.
I recommend to avoid this bank!

Site problems!
I have been a customer for many years. Had 3 loans that I have fully paid back before time. I also have a credit card from them that I currently use and I am happy with them overall.
BUT!
The website has always been slow, specially after you log in your account. Now, I have a much better financial situation than I had years ago when I became a client and I wanted to increase the credit limit of my card. Found out is not possible. Therefore, I try to apply for a new cc, but the site keeps crashing in the middle of the process. Is frustrating and thus, decided to stop using them and get my business somewhere else.

We put quite an effort into our website securing the stability and speed – however, “My Account” (Min Konto) runs on a different platform that will soon be replaced with a new initiative, which is much more customer oriented and up-to-date with customer’s expectations.

A loan of 60,000 was approved. 6,000 was sent to my account on Monday. My credit is shown as 60,000 on your website. I still have not received a reply from you regarding this.
