I ordered my tool parts and within two days received an email stating they had only 1 of the three items I ordered. The email stated that the company would obtain the two missing items in 10 to 14 days and asked if I would like them to send the item they had. I wrote them back and confirmed I wanted them to send what they had. 1 week goes by and I received nothing by mail so i called and left a message and received no reply. I check my credit card and they processed the payment on the day I ordered it so I started to think I got scammed. I messaged them on their website and receive no reply. Another week goes by and I still have not received any emails, messages on my phone or packages. On my third week I email them "Are you going to send me my tool parts?" They actually replied and stated that they will be sent out early next week. End of fourth week I received the 1 part they promised in the first week. I left for a 10 day vacation the next day and decided to deal with it when I get back. I get back from out of state and low and behold the two remaining parts are on my porch. This company lacks communication and follow through. Steer clear if you want your order in a timely manor.

I googled an electric jack hammer and these folks popped up with the lowest price. Then the next day after I spent 20 minutes getting things ordered they sent me an email telling me that did not have the item and did not know when I would get the item. They did give me the option of cancelling the order. But why were they advertising this product.

I lost my dremel 10.8 charger expresstools had it and for cheaper than people on ebay and shipping was fast.

Received my new and in the factory original box as described from expresstools.com I called them with a few questions and they were friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I got my order the very next day. Competitive pricing with free shipping. I guess their name says it all. I would recommend ExpressTools.com to everyone who likes good service and great pricing.

I have ordered from ExpressTools.com before, and even a new Bosch Rotary Hammer price was much less than the local home iprovement stores, and shipping charges were free. I purchased a Fein 250QTop Plus multi-tool (as well as a Bosch EVSPK plunge router) from Express Tools as gifts for my husband. These tools were sent from a warehouse distributer, not directly from Express Tools. All was well except the internal molded organizer inside the Fein tool case. The customer support folks in the Express Tools sales department were extraordinary, even sending a picture to verify that they understood which item had damage. And they very quickly sent me a replacement, well packed so there was no possibility of damage. I am very satisfied with the purchases, as is my husband, and I am very impressed with Express Tools!

Called and talked with a friendly and knowledgable person. Richard answered all my questions. He also told me that if I placed my order by 2:00pm that it would ship the same day and I would get it in 2 days. I received my order in perfect condition just as promised! I am very pleased with expresstools.com and will definitely order from them again in the future!

I always call companies to make sure they are going to answer the phone before placing online orders. Because I know from experience that if a company doesn't take care of you before the sale that they will not take care of you after the sale.

I called ExpressTools.com and Jake answered the phone. He was polite and very knowledgeable regarding the tool I was interested in. He said that they had the Makita LXFD01CW in stock and that they could ship it out the same day. I am live in Oklahoma City and I received the tool as promised the very next day. Super Service, Great Price and Good Communication.

I ordered a Bosch GCM12SD from ExpressTools.com and received it the very next day. They had the best price I could find online and they sent me tracking information via email. I even received a mail in rebate for for a free blade. I am a very satisfied customer of ExpressTools.com

I don't know about the quality of the product because my order was cancelled and I was not notified. I waited three weeks for my product and customer service was not helpful when I finally contacted them. Find a company with better customer service.
