FRAUD!!!!!! BEWARE Suman Roy and Khairunnisa Ishak

Suman Roy and Khairunnisa Ishak should be arrested as this is obviously a scam. How can so many people have the same problem and then they claim they can't refund you.
This is what I received once I asked for a refund because my items were obviously not arriving. By the way you can't speak to anyone as their phones are purposely not working. ....

Due to complications that have arisen with our previous payment merchant this has affected our ability to process your refund, we must unfortunately notify you that you will need to file a dispute with your bank for the transaction, as we are unable to complete the refund from our side.
In many cases this should be straightforward and quick.
Chargebacks are there to protect the consumer in situations where they are unable to receive their funds back via normal methods.
We realise that this is asking more of you than is normally expected, and we can only apologise for this, and any inconvenience this may cause you.
Should you have any issue regarding this, please let us know and we will see what we can do to try to help further. We regret that we are unable to refund your transaction and hope that your bank can assist you with a swift conclusion.

Avoid avoid avoid!!

This company has taken my money, no communication from them in 2 weeks, phoned as to the status of my order, in queue position 3 for over 20 minutes, in the end gave up and emailed them. To be fair they did respond but only to tell me their accounts team were going to contact me for my refund, only to be later told that their merchant payment system has been changed and they can't do a refund. I am not happy with this service and urge anyone to go elsewhere.

Shame TrustPilot don't do zero stars.

Fraudulent - No product / no refund / no money

Fraudulent company. in one word: Thieves.

History:
1) Ordered product.
2) They marked it as refunded without notifying me.
3) Asked them about the refund - they said that there was a technical error.
4) Complained about not receiving the refund. They told that there were more technical issues and asked me to complain to the bank.
5) Never got the money back.

absolute garbage

Ordered a computer from these Extak , they stated on there website that they had 10 in stock. 2 days after I ordered I called them to find out when it would be dispatched
was told by there staff that the item would be dispatched mnext day, at this point they still showed more than 10 in stock on there web site. Next day I went onto there website to show someone the computer I ordered and the item was showing out of stock. I called them to find out what was going on and was advised that the item was out of stock and they would supply something else. I requested a refund as I wanted that specific computer. 3 weeks have gone by and I am still waiting for my refund, I called them several times and you have to hold for ages , the people who answer the phones are not allowed to transfer you to any manager or accounts so basicvally you cant speak to anyone who can resolve the issue. When I complained again they emailed me to advise that they were unable to refund me as they have an issue with there card payment people. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back and am taking legal advise . This is the worst type of company possible avoid them, at all costs all they tell you is bullshit to tyry and get you off the phone they are no help and no one at any stage has called me to offer help or solution every time I had to call them. I would give them less than no stars if it was possible

absolute disgrace

Ordered goods, given delivery date and as other reviews, goods never turned up. Contacted extak via email, wasn't even told if goods were out of stock or anything, just informed that I would get a refund of my money within 1-3 working days. A week later still no refund. Contacted them again to be told there was something wrong with merchant banking and to take it up with my bank. so I've now had to lodge a dispute for my money back through my bank. I think it's disgraceful customer service and probably fraudulent trading. I wish I'd found this site before I placed my order. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Terrible, don't order from them.

Ordered some binoculars from the site. I received a conformation email to say the order had gone through and I waited till day of delivery and nothing happened. Several days later I phoned up and was told my order had been declined due to a technical fault. I had received no information the whole time. Terrible customer service. Never will order from them again.

unimpressive

I placed an order online, paying for it in full and have heard nothing since. Delivery is now days overdue and I am unable to contact anyone on their helpline contact no. I'm on hold as no.1 in the queue, then get connected to someone's voicemail and asked to leave a message, which I've done with no response. I am very seriously concerned that I have been the victim of a bogus website!!

SCAM ! AVOID @ ALL COSTS, OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY, FAST !!!

You place an order, they take your money, give a delivery date, but don't deliver the goods. You query it, request a refund, then don't get one. The only thing you can do, is to raise a dispute with your credit card provider and raise a "chargeback request".
Do not risk dealing with this company - You Have Been Warned!

Don't touch Extak with a bargepole, at best incompetent, at worse fraudulent..

I ordered a logitec mouse after registering with what appeared to be a reputable company. I received emails back confirming registration and order with delivery in 3 -5 days. 15 days later I checked their tracker when it didn't arrive - it said "marked refunded" - no refund was received. After several attempts to get through to their number (progress from number 6 to be cut off at number 2 a couple of times), I managed to speak to someone, I was told they could not deliver for technical reasons, but a refund would now be progressed. I then received a standard email saying a refund had been progressed - it had not of course. Another email arrived later that day saying Extak were unable to refund my £27 due to a problem with their payment collection "merchant bank" which was now no longer available to them. Please contact your own bank and get them to reclaim it. I replied by email that it was nothing to do with my bank or their third parties it was a contract between Extak & myself, please send a cheque. They replied sorry they understood my feelings but couldn't do anything, just contact your own bank this is normal in these circumstances. These people should not be allowed to trade under any name - this apparently is their third re-incarnation after two similar episodes. Where is the money going ? Successful con artists or incompetents ? the result will be the same to you - you will lose your money.

Not good, the Binoculars were not delivered before departing on an African Safari.

During my initial online ordering process on 4th October I was assured delivery by the 11th October. It was not delivered by that date so I emailed to say that if the binoculars had not arrived by the 14th (the day I departed for an African safari)) that the order must be cancelled. The order has been cancelled but no sign of any refund yet and no personal customer service other than generic emails.

It is now the 23rd October and I am using my tired 30 year old binoculars to view the wildlife in Hluhluwe Imfolozi in northern Zululand.
I will not be ordering through Extak again.

Good on price, bad on delivery!

The price for the Lego set was good, however they have failed to deliver the set within the timescale originally quoted, which has been extended, and we have not had any explanation why!

I am now chasing for a refund. If you buy online and the item is at least £100 (and less than £30,000!) always pay by credit card. If the online retailer is a scam or the goods are defective you can claim the money from the credit card company (Section 75 Consumer Credit Act 1974). This is usually easier than trying to sue a scam online retailer.

Poor - huge delay between order & dispatch

Although the goods finally arrived and were fine, there was a nearly-two week delay between the order being processed (ie: I paid them) and the goods being sent out. After I emailed them to enquire if there was a problem, it seemed to galvanise them.

After deivery, I asked what had gone wrong (and incorrectly stated I thought it was next-day delivery), and was told that I hadn't purchased next-day delivery. Which is true - my fault. But no explanation for the huge delay.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITES!!!!

ORDERED SAMSUNG 46" LED TV ON THE 14/10/13 WEB SITE SAID DELIVERY BY 18th. DID NOT RECIEVE! CHECKED THE WEB SITE FOR AN UPDATE ALTHOUGH I EXPECTED TO RECIEVE A CALL FROM THEIR SO CALLES CUSOMER SERVICE! THE SEB SITE SAID IT WAS DUE FOR DELIVERY 18/10/13 - 21/10/13 IS'TS NOW 22ND I'VE SENT TWO MESSAGES VIA THE WEB & LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE, NO RESPONSE! THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAM


DO NOT WASTE TIME & MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE? IT'S A SHAMES THEY DON'T HAVE - IN THE RATING ON THE LIST OF OPTIONS

rubbish company

iv had nothing but trouble with this site i ordered a tv i was sposed to get it within a week to get an email saying they had put the wrong price on and that i had to pay extra or they would give me a full refund , so iasked for a full refund they said i would get it in 7-10 days its been 7 days so i emailed them back asking if they knew when id get the money , they emailed back saying they had a problem with refunding the money and that i had to file a dispute with my bank which i have done and this has been passed onto fraud team , SO NOBODY SHOP ON THIS SITE THERE A WASTE OF TIME !!!

Where's my order?

Placed order 1/10/2013. Money taken from my account 2/10/2013 with delivery promised "within 3-5 days". No further communication from Extak..After 3 weeks,today decided to check order. Status marked "refunded". No explanation why and my account has NOT been reimbursed. Very dissatisfied with service or, more correctly, total lack of it. I will be pursuing this matter further

AVOID EXTAK!

Extak have taken my money for a product they do not even sell and will not refund me! I ordered a copy of Microsoft Office from Extak's website just over a month ago for £70, originally I was told it would be delivered the next day, but after checkout this had changed to 3-5 days. After about a week, I contacted Extak as it still had not arrived. They responded, telling me the item wasn't available and that they'd refund me. For the past month, I've been chasing up my refund and heard very little from them, until yesterday I received an email from Extak, telling me they had a problem with their payment system, so they were not going to refund me at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM EXTAK.com

Wish I had read reviews on company before ordering as my experience supports other experiences of extremely poor customer service.

I ordered goods and funds were taken from my account before any goods arrived. When the delivery due date expired they came up with excuse of "Out of Stock". In my book this is FRAUDULENT activity as you should check stock & deliver before taking any funds.

Have been promissed a full refund so will wait and see what happens. I will keep an eye on it & have already notified my bank.
