Efficient and helpful
Fast delivery however we had ordered the wrong items. This was no problem for Rob who replied to my email requesting their returns information, he responded quickly providing the information as requested but also established the correct items I would need and then dispatched them right away. Great service. .

Company that rivels my own ethics
Not only did I commission Extera to put my own phone system in we now without hesitation put them forward to our clients to do their phone systems. As an IT consultancy company we were looking to start a phone system branch of the company given we could not find a quality phone company to outsource the work too, that changed when Extera came on board. As a rule I do not do these types of review but Extera exceeded my expiation's. You will struggle to find a better phone solution provider.
