I like how this company offers a bespoke service for people who are genuinely struggling. Baz who completed the work for me was non-judgemental, with a warm manner and completed the work to a tight deadline.

From the moment I contacted Alexandra at Extra Help to inquire about a cleaner, the service has been excellent- Alexandra took time to find out what I needed and then went on to match a suitable cleaner to our situation.
Our cleaner Maria is always punctual, very friendly and works very hard. I am happy with the clean every time.

Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

The girls ask what needs doing and will do anything and they do everything well. The girls are very thorough when cleaning even moving furniture and going further than I expected. They emptied my bins even taking the rubbish down to the back steps to the bins in the lane. They have helped me while I have been recovering from a hip operation.

The lady, Linda, that comes to assist my father is amazing. She is reliable and friendly and has become very special to our family. She offers companionship along with household duties and goes above and beyond to ensure his wellbeing.

I am lucky to be able to use this service the people they send are very helpful and kind and always engage with my husband so I can go out knowing he is safe and being looked after very well also if I send a message or email with any questions they will get back to me very quickly with answers so I feel I am in touch at all times

It was by pure chance I came this service and I am truly thankful I did.
My mum is 90 and in past any help she's had they have stolen from her, so both very apprensive about this.
It took alot to convince my mum but she was willing to try.
She met a lady called Katy, who was the manager. After a long meeting and chat about her fears, anxiety and trust issues, Katy offered to be her person to provide the service.
From this day, Katy has been excellent, her and my mum.have built-up a good relationship. Katy always checks in to see what needs doing, she is punctual, she delivers a high standard. She is respectful of mums environment. She communicates with me after each visit.Her rates are very reasonable and its changed my life and my mums.
I would highly recommended her services, as from our experience she is very good. She will vet carefully any new recruits, which is important, DBS checking is mandatory again important.

Extra Help South Hams (Torbay) have been a real life-line in helping to care for my elderly mother. Sarah and her team (especially Kerry), provide daily support and companionship whilst also helping with chores and ensuring my mother is able to remain in and look after her own home. Have emailed this company twice for info on buying into their franchise and never received a reply. Obviously my money isnt good enough or my reliability. ... I have 25 years experience in all aspects of the caresector but obviously not enough to not receive a reply.
