Received within 2 weeks, then had to pay 80$ to pickup a small package containing snow pants. At the time of purchase the shipping was free and I was told later that they could change shipping cost at their convenience. Still awaiting refund 3 weeks later, Avoid this company!
Edit: Was refunded 4 weeks later for the full amount, minus paypal fees. update From 1 star to 2 stars.

Fast service and great eco friendly packaging however their helmet sizing on the website was wrong ! So I had to pay and return my helmet even though I’d measured correctly! The website said 56-59 cm and the helmet I received was 52-55cm! Luckily I wasn’t in a rush ! Ordered the M now and although the sizes are not correct on the website with the brand anon. Not sure why they haven’t refunded my £5.69 postage as this was not my fault ! So message to customers I’d your buying an anon helmet check anons website first !

Useless.
They sent the wrong colour shoes.
Wanted the right colour turns out they didn't have the colour I ordered in stock.
Can't understand why they would send the wrong ones out instead of refunding me and explaining that.
Sent wrong ones back.
Long story short, it cost me money to send back and gained nothing at all other than headache. And the phone number doesn't work. Waste of space.

Ordered easily and came with free delivery a few days later can’t complain great service will definitely be returning!

This company is plain awful. I kid you not.. I ordered an in stock item for promise of two day tracked delivery. No sign of it 23 days on. Royal Mail said 3 days in, the sender is preparing your parcel. That’s it ..that all I got. I wanted for skiing , had 8 days for item to arrive. I’ve been skiing and come back and I’m further 7 days on. Emailing daily, phoning daily no answer to anything?!

Trust this, l tried their number and I guarantee you they will go to mailbox and then mailbox is full. I’ve emailed them umpteen times from all possible addresses ...not one reply.

They cheekily even asked me for a product review.

My genuine serious no BS advice is steer clear they are simply painful and not worth your effort. Go with the next cheapest retailer.

Worst I’ve ever had misfortune to deal with. I now have to issue a county court summons after X days notice to recover funds, as I paid by debit card.p and can’t simply get a credit.

What a nightmare. I had to buy the item I needed from Amazon instead..guess what.. they could deliver next day as promised.
