Very quick delivery, great price...had to return due to fit on bridge of nose but refunded quickly with no fuss

Communication with this company goes extremely slow. They don't reply on simple questions for over 5 days.
First mistake was mine. A replacement item was dispatched and they made the same mistake, after careful stating the correct address information. Afterwards they just refunded the product without first consulting my opinion. All of this with very bad and late communcation

I bought 2 items and returned 1. When I did my return I used a tracked delivery, so I have proof of delivery.

Extremepie did not refund me, and despite a month of my requests (including where i sent them proof of delivery) they have refused to issue the refund. They did claim that it was issued but have also refused to provide evidence of that. It takes them about a week to reply to a message, and their reply is usually an unhelpful one-liner.

I paid using amazonpay, so I can see a refund was not issued, and I have filed a claim with them.

Overall a nasty experience.

Purchased new Vans shoes from Extreme Pie after an internet search for a specific item. Great range of shoes - but bought the identical ones I was replacing. The price and delivery arrangements were better than everyone else. Would highly recommend for price , choice and reliability of delivery (arrived on the chosen day). Good price for roller bag with free gift but got charged for the free gift, when I emailed them to challenge this I never got a reply, I now have to email again to chase it up.

Purchased a North Face jacket from Extreme Pie in Oct 2018 after wearing it 10-15 times over a period of a few weeks I noticed the zip had started to totally pull away from the material in two places. Easy... Not fit for purpose under The Sales of Goods Act 1979.

After emailing orders@extremepie with pictures and a summary I get a reply 10 days later from a no named person at 'TheSalesTeam@internetfusion' - very professional.. I'm assuming they've outsourced their customer service to save costs, clearly at the expense of their reputation and customer experience.

The reply stated that this was wear and tear. Really?! No... I replied stating what the Sales of Goods Act 1979 entail and that it is their responsibility to take the goods back and refund me. Nobody expects to have to buy a new £100 jacket every 6-8 weeks after normal use and very little at that, do they?!

After another week passed I was asked to send the photos over AGAIN which I did.

I then receive a response saying that they will contact North Face to see if it is covered under their warranty... EXTREME PIE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE THE GOODS BACK.

A couple of weeks have passed with no response which has left me to leave a review on here, which is all I can do. Very impersonal and very unhelpful, they were straight away on the defensive when I have received a sub-standard product. Outsourced customer service looking to cut costs and boost metrics.

Don't buy from Extreme Pie people.

I received my order quicker than I expected and exactly as described.Further, I had a promotional voucher which I used and got an even better price than the already good one offered.

Easy to use website very quick delivery would recommend

Very quick delivery. The product then had a fault but the team contacted me very quickly asked for photos and offered refund/ exchange and sent out a replacement very quickly. Excellent stress free customer service. Highly recommend.👏👏👏
