Extreme Pie 

I have a customer for 3years and extreme pie only got worse over time.
I have no confidence in stock availability, after placing 3 orders,each time in 24hrs receive email to say not in stock? And then have to chase them for 8 days to be refunded! They ignore customer emails.
Their reason each time is high volume orders that system can't cope with (in 2018?),they wish to be so busy. So on my last order I clicked on item and size each day to see still available for 7 days, then when I ordered,I get an email me day saying not available,so why allow me to order,waste time and money.
Total nonsense their replays fob you off with lies.
Will never order again from epie, try Shore instead, maintains professional service to its customers.

Good until you want to return goods for a refund then the customer service just ignore you, I’ve got in touch 4 times so far for my refund and I just keep getting different excuses as to why I’ve not received it yet.
This has been going on now for nearly a month, don’t think I will ever receive the refund I’m owed for the goods I’ve returned :(

All OK until it came to checkout/paying when I had problems using a Visa Debit card (the problem wasn't with my card or account). In the end I had to use a Mastercard credit card.

I found the product I wanted easily and from there the payment and delivery were smooth as butter, plus, it arrived in plenty of time for my winter holiday!

I've been using this site since about 2003! Never had any issues with the products or late derlivery.

My shipment hasn’t arrived yet. It was due to come at the 17 dec. Now its the 24 dec. Its a Christmas present

Bad information, difficukt to reach. A week overtime (after promis in mail), due to this to late, can’t use it anymore. Bought others for my children. Hope they take the goods back and pay it back!
