No answer on e-mail

I didnt receive the parcel yet. Hope its coming before christmas, otherwise I have one missing christmas gift :)

I have still not received my order, so why am I asked to provide feedback? Order date was Dec 10th and it should have been delivered Dec 17th, but still there is no status available. I have ordered a backpack to give away as Christmas gift, but it seems it won’t be delivered in time. So my rating is lowest possible so far...

I have to admit that after buying a product online and seeing a super fast estimated delivery (2 days to Poland) I started being a little anxious about doing it without any information about the seller, so I started looking - after finding some harsh opinions on trust pilot (among tones of good ones) and waiting 4 days (so 2 more than prognosed) I wasn't sure I did the right thing. So I asked people who liked posts on extremepie fan page if they have experience with the company - they put my mind at ease :) after a few days I received a message with tracking link. Well, the point is - they deliver, answer emails so no worries, you'll get your stuff in a perfect condition, fast enough to be happy :)

Still waiting for my order - placed it the 10th of December, delivery was estimated to the 13th December. Have received a track and trace number but it still says shipment hasn't been sent but only information regarding a future shipment received. This is even though I have received an email from extremepie saying the order has already been dispatched. And so far no answer from their customer support..

Ordered sunglasses, no problems, arrived a day later than previewed but it is Christmas.

I very rarely give a 5* review but "based on my experience" I ordered a backpack, which was listed "in stock" on the 13th Dec and blow me down if it didn't arrive the next morning! And, at a very good price. What is not to like, well done. I have bookmarked EP and sincerely hope that any future transactions follow in a similar vein.

I ordered on December 5th. Haven't received the christmas gift for my daughter yet, and I haven't had an answer to my question to the helpdesk. Wondering if or when it will arrive.

Ordered twice from this website. Goods are of perfect quality and arrived efficiently and on time. I was updated on the various stages of the delivery process.

Bag arrived early and is a quality product.

I bought a pair of black trainers from this website. When I received the order it was a week late and the order was incorrect and I received a navy pair of the same trainers.
I have tried to ring the helpline number a number of times over a few days and each time I have been met with an answer phone saying the lines are closed for staff training.
THis has been a totally unsatisfactory experience and I won’t be buying from this website again.

The service was briliant and i got my product on time.
