Do NOT buy from Eye Automotive / Aaron Adams.
Shortly after purchasing my car, it required a rear wheel bearing and anti‑roll bar link replacement, and the engine management light was intermittently on.
Despite recorded delivery letters and involvement from Citizens Advice and The AA (while they were still affiliated), communication has been extremely poor, with little response and repeated excuses.
I have paid for all repairs myself and am still owed £1,533.26. I agreed to reduce this amount on the condition that a 2‑year warranty was provided, which would lower the outstanding balance — however, this documentation was never supplied.
I have been left with no option but to pursue recovery through the Small Claims Court.
Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to avoid this seller.
