Product arrived as expected
Product arrived as expected, slight disappointment with packaging , but realise it was done for space . I got confused in it looked initially like 2 packet because of the 3 , 2 were banded together giving the impression the numbers were short . Otherwise very satisfied.

Great service.
I ordered and paid for my tablets over the phone. It was an easy and stress free way.
I was informed my tablets would be posted to me the next day. I received an email confirming the details of my purchase and given an order reference.
The tablets arrived promptly. In all a successful transaction.

Delivery was never received
Delivery was never received. I emailed a few times advising non delivery. Eventually I phoned and a very helpful gentleman looked into no delivery to find the order had never been sent. He put in a new request and this morning my order arrived. Good to have a staff member who is efficient.

A good service from your company but let down by the inefficient postal service where I live. The item by 2nd class mail took 10 days to arrive and there was no way of tracking it.
