I ordered a pair of frames and once I got them realized I had ordered the wrong ones. I called the company and they immediately sent out the correct frames and I sent back the incorrect ones. Great customer service! Will definitely come back in the future!

Exactly as promised and I saved a lot. Retail is $125, I got these sunglasses for $75.

The customer service of Eyewear District excels and I very much appreciated how they handled my order. The gentleman went above and beyond when I called about the order for my son and made sure the item was delivered within the given time-frame.

Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Glasses were delivered quickly and were real Ray Bans. If this were the end I would have given five stars. However, the sunglasses did not fit as I had hoped and returned them 2 days after they arrived. The sunglasses were received by Eyewear District per UPS confirmation. It has been over a month since these were returned. I have called and emailed several times inquiring about my refund and Eyewear District will not respond.

Love the glasses. Use them for golf, tennis and pickleball.

Ordered the brown Dita Freebird but was sent white Dita Mach ones. I wrote an email to them 4 days ago and yet to get a reply. Now this gift will be late. If I still don't hear back from them in a couple more day, I will dispute the charges with PayPal.

UPDATE:
They contacted me right away after posting this review. I sent the sunglasses back with the label they provided and emailed them for the refund but still haven't heard back in a couple of days. If I don't hear back tomorrow, I will report this business as a scam and will dispute my PayPal charges.

The shipping is on time. The Oakley Flak 2.0 sunglasses are authentic and as described. I love my sunglasses!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses on Monday Feb 11th, Order #3283.
On Thursday the 14th, I sent a message to their online messenger asking when my order would be shipped, and they said that day, nothing else!

On Tuesday the 19th, I sent another message asking for tracking number, and the only response I got was 'here's your refund'.
I didn't want a refund, I wanted the sunglasses! Anyway, I had my suspicions about this site since they are much cheaper here than anyone else, and my point was proven. Very glad to get my refund straight away rather than spending over $100 on fake sunglasses.

I've used EyewearDistrict twice in the past 6 months.
The first order went smoothly and I was super excited when I saw another pair I liked.
The second order had an issue with USPS where it showed delivered but I hadn't received it. I reached out to EyewearDistrict and they contacted USPS on my behalf. Sure enough, 2 days later the package arrived in my mailbox!

I am thoroughly impressed with this site. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban Aviators with green lenses. The site was simple. The price was great. I actually called them to change my shipping address and they were very courteous.
Shipping was very fast (especially the processing-- they didn't send me an automated tracking number only to take two days to process the order.)
My glasses arrived with a case, with a cleaning cloth. Flawless, new, authentic Ray-Bans.
