Ordered products which I saved more than half price and they were cheaper than other companies... Delivery within a 2wk window and well packaged.

Like with many others my order was placed 11th May 2026 and not arrived. I’m now waiting for a refund from my bank as a chargeback.

Order #511756. Order did not arrive, tracking proof said wrong postcode. Repeated messages to company with no reply.
Avoid!!

Absolutely shocking company. Bought a bundle over 50 days ago still not received anything multiple emails and over 60 calls still no reply. Honestly stay away from them

Made an order in the week. For some reason the delivery address changed from the
Billing address and missed the house
Number off , my fault. Emailed customer services twice to no response

Would not buy from here we bought a offer from them but did not get it was told as they use someone else to ship it out it not there fault would keep well away from this site

EZ car care used to be pretty good. However the product has progressively gotten worse. The arctic snowfoam for example is just awful. My last two orders took an age to be delivered, the second of which was to include a mystery £50 box, it never arrived, emails were never replied to. I won’t use them anymore it’s cheap for a reason because it’s poor quality.

Being ignored by Customer Service for over 3 weeks does change your opinion of a company. Disappointing as Cust Service were very helpful when I made my purchase, but an issue with the pump spray, asked for assistance and have been ignored. There may be a valid reason for them not replying, but 3 emails and 2 ticket numbers later and still no reply. If things change I'll update rating but it seems that once you purchase you're no longer valued!

Despite other 1 star reviews, I did receive my order within 2 days of despatch (4 days total from placing order) and packaging was adequate (no leaks / broken items).

However, the completely wrong product was sent and its been over a week since emailing support with no replies whatsoever.

It's funny how they keep sending automated (supposedly personally written) apology emails nonstop about delays and shipping issues while still ignoring support requests and phone calls.

Not too worried as the order i placed wasn't too big but the current reviews are definitely true and up to date.

There are so many better / similar quality brands in stores that avoid the hassle of dealing with this company.

To say that I have placed two or three orders in the past without any issues would be true, the products are great value. But when a order goes wrong you feel like you have been robbed. Emails are automated,phone line just rings. Six weeks on and I am still waiting for a barrel brush and two chemicals. Why has my Aurora got a blue tint to it?

Customer service is a joke , placed order , never showed up on time ,after paying for delivery, so emailed them , I had placed 2 orders ,only one refund that took days , they said they can only give one refund , so I said I will return the other products to them,and could they arrange collection, then silence

Very bad service. They delivered the package to the wrong address and refuse to take responsibility. I do not recommend this company.

After waiting 4 weeks for delivery, parts were missing. I have emailed multiple times, and made many calls. But I still haven't heard from them. The after sales is non existent

I paid for my order on May 18th, two weeks later I received an email saying dispatched! Woohoo I thought. Yesterday June16th I’m asked how I rate the products?
What products?? I’ve emailed several times asking for information even requesting a refund, not a single reply.
Can’t begin to imagine what numpty owns the farcical business but they clearly don’t care or have a clue 🤷🏻

Can not get hold off ez car care ordered 2x 5ltr bundles and got a royal mail bag with burst bottles inside but still getting emails every day about the offers but can't answer emails about customers not getting what was ordered also mystery box never arrived

Terrible communication and bombarded with 3 emails a day of spam.

Took a while to arrive.

*update* hopefully they’ve sorted out all the delivery issues. Mystery box arrived after second email when asked for a review.

Ordered on the 1st of June it took 2 weeks to come when it’s supposed to be shipped in 48 hours. Received it today and over half the order is missing. They don’t answer the phone to get it sorted and emailing back is hit and miss

It seems I'm not alone in waiting weeks and weeks for delivery. Ordered 7th May, nearly six weeks ago, and still no sign of it! Standard response emails when chased but no response by phone. 'We’re working hard to ensure all orders are cleared and shipped by the end of the week. We also have additional Royal Mail collections booked in for the remainder of the week to support this'
That was two weeks ago...

good price products - BUT - the email said what would be in my delivery, that was not the case and there was a large item missing, I tried calling all day but they did not answer the phone and I am struggling to even get traction on email - so I will be reclaiming the money back through my bank - what a pain, might not be worth the 'good price' after all?

Very disappointing. Poor communication wen asked about my order. 3 weeks delivery and products not packed well. Botleas leaked during the transport, not much but the boxes were very wet.
