EZ Car Care Reviews 

Very disappointing. Poor communication wen asked about my order. 3 weeks delivery and products not packed well. Botleas leaked during the transport, not much but the boxes were very wet.

On my third order from EZ.
I am just a ‘normal’ guy who doesn’t feel the need to pay £10 a time for a professional car wash, but was never able to replicate the finish the professionals gave.
These EZ products have changed that - I elected for the bundle offers and now have a clean and tidy car and a fantastic finish on it with minimal effort- no more afternoons applying polish to every panel and then buffing it off.
There is probably better stuff out there but this has done me fine.
People have complained about delivery - one of my tracked parcels disappeared within a Royal Mail Hub - I emailed EZ as we passed the due delivery date and within a few days I received a replacement package. Can’t complain at that response.
I’ve just placed another order and they have sent me a further 10% off code.

I wish I had read the most recent reviews before I ordered!
Been waiting for an order since mid May, still no sign of delivery 3 weeks on despite supposedly being 48hr tracked . Recieved a mystery box supposedly containing over £50 but was only 4 500ml bottles in the box, absolute con. Don't believe their glossy advertising on social media, they can't deliver on their promises.

Order received but took ages and brush missing and 3 sprays emailed them over week ago no reply

I made an order 7 weeks ago I recieved no confirmation of order email. They took the money straight away. Still nothing delivered and they dont reply to emails.
Avoid they are scammers

Ordered a 3x5l bundle on the 9th of April. It's now the middle of June and still no delivery. It's received at royal mail but obviously you can't contact them.
4 emails to EZ Car Care- no Reply. Attempted phone calls every other day, no answer.
Absolutely appalling company. The products aren't even very good; I used to stock them as emergency supplies but I'll never order from them again.

No customer service over 3 weeks items missing. No email returns or answering the phone. Tried social media but same again. No contact at all. Worse customer service. Products are decent I have had previously, but this company can’t even do the basics of a business which is customer service. I genuinely hope some ombudsman or governing body investigates the company.

Placed order 2 weeks ago for a bday present, website said order would be dispatched within 2 days. Still no confirmation of dispatch after a week. Emailed customer service twice no reply. Tried phone line, constantly rings with no answer. Tried social media, inbox autoreply. Customer service is abysmal. Products have good reviews, I'll never know because I can't get my order delivered.
Embarrasing

Products work fine. But trying to get an order delivered is impossible . Ordered mine a month ago and still not received it all . Don’t answer phones or emails . I’m travelling to Stockport next week so will be going in there for a refund.
Customer service is an absolute joke

Absolutely appalling company, ordered products over 5 weeks ago and they haven’t arrived. I have emailed and called the telephone number with no response. Emailed to ask for a refund, with no reply, so I have had to try to get my payment back via my bank. Seems like a normal occurrence reading the other reviews

I ordered my products and its now the third week still my ordered has arrived they email me back about 3-4 days after my emails to say the ordered has been dispatch even though I requested a full refund.
I would advise people not to order from this company I have tried emailing and phoning with no luck and I am now contacting my credit card company to lodge a appeal.

Ordered over a week ago and items still haven’t been shipped. Have emailed numerous times no reply and also tried contacting them my phone no answer. I’m not out of pocket by a considerable amount. Avoid.

ordered product on the 21st May, and never arrived sent 2 emails and messsahes on FB no reply at all.

Received my order it was delivered eventually but was wrong I’ve now been emailing for 10 days to get the right items but no joy can’t even use the ones they sent as no spray guns came with the bottles

Damaged bottle in package. Missing mystery box for spending over £50. Have tried emailing and calling serveral times. No one answers calls or replied to emails.

Absolutely shocking took about 4 to 5 weeks for it to come after sending numerous emails when my Apex bucket kit did arrive, it arrived broken.
I’ve emailed the company about four times over the last three weeks and rung on several occasions with absolutely no reply or nothing.
I cannot express enough how much I do not recommend this company

Though I like your products I did not like how I was messed about by your staff, I asked when my parcel was being delivered I got Friday then Saturday but hey ho after staying in waiting it arrived Monday got all my order but if your girls say one thing they should have checked first

ORDERED ON 14/05 SOME ITEMS DELIVERED REMAINING ITEMS AT COVENTRY PFD FOR OVER 10 DAYS THEN TO MANCHESTER ON PROOF SHOWN ON LABEL RTS .NO CONTACT FROM THEM AT LEAST 10 EMAILS AND SO MANY CALLS TO THEM RAISED ACTION WITH PAYPAL .THEY RESPONDED TO PAYPAL WITH TRACKING NUMBER WITH THE RTS PHOTO FROM MANCHESTER PFD STILL AWAITING A REPLY FROM THEM
