The delivery team from Blanco BBQ…

The delivery team from Blanco BBQ delivered on time but didn't drop food and depart - This team took extra time and care to ensure proper set up - I usually pay extra in delivery tip and ask for set up - but most of the time it is not reciprocal. Great work from Blanco BBQ

I've used ezCater now for five lunches…

I've used ezCater now for five lunches in the office. The order placement is easy, you are alerted upon confirmation, when the order is on the way and once it's delivered. All orders have been variety, fresh and well received. I'll be using this service for all of my meetings.

I've been using ezCater for 4 months…

I've been using ezCater for 4 months now - recommended by a colleague. They make my job as event planner / caterer for meetings so much easier. I love the ease of ordering in advance on the website and including specific instructions for delivery and dietary restrictions. I also appreciate the excellent customer service team who answers my questions and handles any last minute requests.

Portion sizes were on the smaller side

We ordered from Freebirds World Burrito for a working lunch for a large group of mostly men whose jobs are in the field. These guys work hard in all-weather elements and have large appetites. There were several team members that commented that the while the food tasted good, but the portions were on the smaller size.

We ordered from Noodles and Co

We ordered from Noodles and Co. We received many confirmations from ezcater. When the driver, Darnell, went to pick up the order, the restaurant did not have the order ready. Ezcater called me quickly and our driver was absolutely the best! Darnell was in communication with us the whole time with updates about the order. We are so thankful for Darnell. He received 5 gold stars from us!

We did not get the full order

We did not get the full order. We order boxed meals as well as buffet meals from Outback Steakhouse.

Outback sent confirmation that the missing items would be on the order.

My order was shorted food

I ordered 3 different taco bundles from On The Border for a catered lunch. The chicken spilled on my back seat and when I unpacked the food, I only had one tin with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I had ordered the same lunch the day before and I received 3 trays of lettuce/tomato/cheese. I ran out yesterday as the toppings were insufficient for 25 people. I even asked if everything was in the bags as I had more food to carry the previous day. I was told it was all there.

I will not cater from On The Border again.

Severe reservations about using EZ Cater again

Scheduled my order as a pickup. Luckily, I called the restaurant before arriving and learned they had given my order to someone else. I called EZcater who addressed the issue and had the restaurant make a new order. However, it delayed my pickup time and my appointment with my customer...not to mention the added stress and damage control I had to do with my customer.
I have serious reservations about using this service again.

Seamless Ordering, Excellent Service

We ordered P.F. Chang's through ezCater and had a great experience from start to finish. Ordering through ezCater was incredibly easy and made the whole process seamless. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there was plenty for everyone. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected. The highlight, though, was the delivery driver -- friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in setting up the entire buffet for us. That level of service made a big difference. 10/10 Will absolutely order again!

Lunch meeting made easy

With so many things to take care of before a building wide meeting, it is nice to know we do not need to worry about food. The food arrived at time and our team didn't need to do anything for set it. The delivery guy was professional and nice. He didn't need any assistance from staff besides knowing where to set up. The food was hot and remained hot the whole time.

Ordered Fajita Package through catering…

Ordered Fajita Package through catering for 15 people. Ordered chicken as an a la carte protein item. Came in a half pan. Fajita meat came in almost 20 individual packages that we had to unload into a half pan tray ourselves. Did they run out of foil trays? If so, we would have been prepared for that. Rice and beans with pico/guac/sour cream also came in almost 20 individual containers. Catering should come in half pans for transporting purposes and to keep warm. Food was fantastic and was really enjoyed by group. We will order again but we'll stress that we do not want individual packaging.

Too Early

The order arrived 30 minutes before the time I requested, so the lunch had to sit for the 30 minutes before being served. Not sure what effect this had on the quality of the food.
