Team Loved it!

It's been awhile since I received so many compliments and thanks for a lunch order. The team loved the food and there was barely any left over, which is rare. The delivery from ezcater was early and everything was included. Will definitely order from Urban Plates again.

Firehouse Subs did an excellent job!

I had deleted & rdone my order 3 days prior to my event & it was "saved." When I went in to finalize the order about about 7 or 8 hours ahead of delivery time, but during the night, the order was gone & my cart was empty! I had to start over with the order, but even so Firehouse Subs did an excellent job & was right on time with an 11 AM delivery!

Order From Honey Baked Ham #902 - Greenville SC

I've ordered the boxed lunch from Honey Baked Ham for quick, convenient business meetings before and they have always been good. This time the order from their Greenville SC store was terrible. They appear to have been made the day before and then refrigerated/semi frozen. The sandwiches were ice cold even after sitting for an hour after being delivered. They used old rolls that were stale, hard and fell apart. The sandwiches were made with minimum ingredients - one single slice of meat, one limp piece of lettuce and one razor thin slice of tomato. I ordered a mixed selection of 15 boxes and we got 80% turkey and a couple of ham - nothing else. All the sodas were coke and sprite - nothing else.

Slightly Disappointed

Unfortunately, our driver was provided with the incorrect address and our order was late. When the driver called EZ Cater, for assistance with directions, no clear information was provided and driver called me directly. Our driver was amazing and remained poised and professional. We have had difficulty with our address before and when I call EZ Cater to ask them to correct this, they assure me that they will take care of it, but it continues to be an issue.

ezCater makes setting up catering for…

ezCater makes setting up catering for meetings a seamless process! The validation of the amount of food for the headcount, whether over or under, is extremely helpful when planning. It also gives catering delivery options that may not typically be available through direct sourcing. I thoroughly enjoy using this platform for all my catering needs.

Delivery on time; driver courteous; ordered 5" subs, received 7" subs; ordered sandwiches on white and wheat bread, all sandwiches were on white bread; ordered an additional sandwich, but never received it, although the driver said she would bring it back.
