We used Ezee Cabs for the first time at the beginning of October to take us initially to the railway station, and then later, home from London after a function.
We found communication beforehand to be timely, polite and efficient. Being able to book local journeys online and get a conformation email and text is a plus.

Our journey home was comfortable and our driver was friendly and courteous.

We will definitely use this company again.

I had David at Ezee Cabs pick me up at night and load my bicycle with a flat tyre into his caddy van which saved me a lot of trouble. He was very professional, polite, and helpful. I had previosuly rang 6 cab companies - all of which had no provisions for bicycle transport so he and Ezee Cabs were my saviour.

I recently needed someone to transport my wheelchair-bound mother from one Care Home to another one out of County. Although I found I had to change our timing slightly due to a delay at the Care Home this was not a problem to them. Ezee Cabs (Bedford) were very efficient, friendly and a polite Company. David was so helpful with ensuring my mother was comfortable and made the journey so easy. I would not hesitate in booking them again and would highly recommend them. Thank you Ezee Cabs (Bedford).

A very efficient, friendly and polite company. I have recently used them several times to transport my wheelchair-bound father to various appointments, and they added greatly to my peace of mind in arranging these visits.

We were recommended Ezzee cabs by a friend who said they had always been reliable. We needed someone to take our son to work every day, while we were away, and they could not have made the process more easy. It has been such a relief to find someone I can trust. I tried lots of company’s who couldn’t have cared less if he got to work on time and Dave has been absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend them.

David and his team supported my mother for a year, whilst her health was declining and she was in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always reliable, sensitive and great value. I would only trust them to look after my mother, as it’s far more than a taxi service. In a very difficult time, I became one of the family and I can’t recommend them enough.
