I bought a desk on 13.2.26 @ your Navan…
I bought a desk on 13.2.26 @ your Navan shop. Simon the sales man was helpful. I didn't arrange for delivery. On 19.2.26 I went to collect the desk no problem Simon & another sales man brought the desk to my car but it couldn't fit. I decided to organise for delivery myself. The following day I returned to your Navan shop. At the desk the young guy, infront of another customer and 3 other staff loudly told me I owed 699 euros for the desk. I told him I had fully paid for the desk but I needed to pay for delivery service. Anyway I paid for delivery, no communication on when the desk would be delivered. On 24 2.26 @ 1014hrs I received a text desk would be delivered on 25.2.26, @1024hrs I rang your shop to request a change of delivery date as I would be working on 25.2.26. The first thing the guy who answered my call told me was ,I was going to lose my money if I changed the delivery date. I told him I have a job and I can't possibly miss work over a delivery. I told him I had not been advised when the desk would be delivered, if this was communicated to me I would have let them know I was working. He repeatedly insisted that I had been advised that delivery is only available on Wednesdays in my area. At this stage I was getting fed up with his attitude, I requested for him to stop making it look like I was lying. #Check your camera at the counter if this had been communicated to me when I paid for delivery. I have 5 weeks off duty and I am rostered to work every Wednesday , so I requested for him to cancel my order. I can order for the same desk online. He said he would ring back to advise on a refund. Same day @ 1325hrs they rang. I was at work I couldn't answer I rang back when I got a chance @1359hrs, I spoke to Simon briefly. He advised delivery charges would be refunded back to my debit card and the desk charges the shop would write and post a cheque to my home He also advised this would take a while. Yesterday I while at work at 1052hrs I received a call from the delivery guy they were delivering my desk. I told him I had already cancelled the order with the shop on Tuesday 24.2.26 and I was not at home.
I didn't have delivery van number to cancel delivery as they had text via a website and I had already communicated with the shop and cancelled the order.
This is not my first bad experience @ this shop infact I only went back because my son really wanted a certain desk he had seen online and because we were in Navan I agreed to go in.
Why is the shopping sending my refund as a cheque while I made the payment via my debit card?
Please note I expect full refund with the delivery charge as well. I communicated to your shop as soon as I got confirmation of when the delivery was for.

Great experience at EZ Living Interiors
My daughter and I went to EZ Living Interiors to look for chairs and a sofa . We were met by Simon who gave us a lot of information on a few items. Simon was open and honest about lead time for the furniture. Simon was very professional and friendly.
He made our experience at EZ Living Interiors very pleasant. It also made our decision to make our purchase very easy.

Kitchen chairs
I dropped into the Navan branch on Saturday, and I've been looking for kitchen chairs for ages spotted a really nice one and Simon answered all my questions and was super helpful so I ordered them there and then. Really nice experience and great prices €50 cheaper per chair than another Navan furniture store...Bonus!!!
