Absolutely great experience, from speaking on the phone and in store, Blaithin was lovely and really helpful, all of the guys in the store were really helpful and helped me deciding on the sofa I wanted to buy. The Shop Assistant, Audrey Francis, was excellent - so helpful, was very solution focussed and suggested some great options and was conscious of our budget - she was in no way pushy.
