The first thing always has to be staff…
The first thing always has to be staff - and Danielle was 5* all the way !! She was so apologetic because their lift was out of order and I am unable to walk up steps! Luckily my daughter was with me and she became my eyes and as we had already, on a previous visit made the decision on which particular chair I wanted but Danielle was brilliant at giving me the best possible price and organising for the chair to be delivered and put in situ! Thank you so much Danielle for ALL your help and your enjoyment of a bit of mother/daughter laughter and teasing!! 😊

Audrey was super helpful and gave great advice and nothing was too much trouble.
I got print outs of furniture info and best of all Audrey wasn’t pushy and although I made a decision on the day I didn’t feel pressured.

Kitchen stools very smart …
The kitchen stools are very smart but I havent put the last one together yet. Staff were all veey helpful especially when i collected on Thurs 11th june in afternoon. Stool was a little slow to be delivered.. 10 days to the store despite it being 'in stock' somewhere else.. are they imported from UK? When you expect that, its not so bad.
