A special mention has to go to Denisa, the store manager, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so helpful, happy, friendly, personable and charming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
We were looking for a custom sofa and had very specific requirements. Although we had seen a sofa we loved on the showroom floor, Denisa worked with us to tailor it perfectly to our needs. She made the whole process so simple and stress-free, and we really appreciated her patience, knowledge and attention to detail.
The delivery was equally impeccable — right on time, beautifully handled, and there wasn’t even any packaging left for us to deal with.
From walking into the showroom to having our perfect sofa delivered, it was an all-round lovely experience. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend EZ Living Interiors Wexford, especially if you have something specific in mind. Denisa is a real credit to the store! ❤️
