Beautiful furniture and very quick to delivery what I liked was out of stock , preordered and then it was available and delivered when they had it , lovely store and staff where very good and their job and very friendly when you enter the store , I did deal

Ordered a piece of furniture for Click…
Ordered a piece of furniture for Click and Collect. Needed it quickly so chose the Carlow store as it said it could be collected on Monday.
Paid a driver to make the 2.5 hour round trip to collect it only to be told the didn’t have it and to come back in another week.

In relation to your order I can see you placed your order yesterday - being Monday...
So whilst collections are on a monday in Carlow... this would not be possible to get your item from our Dublin warehouse to the Carlow store on the same day as you ordered..?
On the confirmation email you received once the order was placed it states the following:
If you selected Click & Collect as your delivery method, please wait until you receive a separate notification confirming that your order is ready for collection, and from what collection point.
The items are unfortunately not in the store - they have to be transported from our warehouse to the store each week for the set collection day.
I am leaving a link here to our Collections information on our website too that states please do not proceed to collection point prior to receiving your collection email..
