We bought a round dining table for 4…
We bought a round dining table for 4 that can extend to accommodate 6 people. While it was not expensive we still paid €622. It is laminated wood & we were not told that if a small amount of water got in between the joins of the table the laminate would lift & destroy the table. It’s not even a year since we bought it! The response from customer service was unsatisfactory saying it could not be repaired & that water damage was not included in the warranty. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture from this store.

I have followed up with the team on this and I believe there was a significant amount of water damage from a leaking vase over a couple of days..which is awful to hear and very disappointing for you.
Unfortunately water damage is not covered under the warranty as explained - we cannot be responsible for damage caused like this within the home.
