Excellent customer service in your Sligo store today.

Always good service and quality. Would have been great not to have to travel to Sligo twice and be allowed to take store stock first time as was only 3 days after that delivery made to store!! Am sure could have done without store stock for 3 days and saved me a hundred kilometre round trip.

We were going to buy new furniture on the day no matter what...We had been to a few stores and liked the variety in EZ Living. The fact there was a sale on was a bonus for us, the sales rep could see we were on the edge of a sale and offered us more discount. So very happy with the sale.....I'm only giving 4 stars because I've been asked for a review before the delivery date. if all goes well then it will be 5 star but lets wait and see.

We paid a visit to the Sligo, Eoin took care of us, he was terrific, he listened to us telling him what we needed, and without any pressure helped us find exactly what we wanted, he was patient, informative, pleasant and kind. A total asset to EZ Living.

We purchased our dream couch off Josh in the Sligo store. Josh was extremely helpful in answering our queries and gave us the best price possible! We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and we couldn't have had a better experience in store thanks to Josh.

Purchased a sofa based on availability and delivery date I was promised. I then got moved off the delivery date without any prior notice. I feel scammed as I would have purchased a more suitable sofa if I knew they were going to use the fake delivery date as a sales vehicle.

I recently made some online purchases from EZ Living, but due to the bad weather, my items were delivered separately. I received a text saying that one of my orders would be delayed by a week because of the inclement conditions. However, shortly after, I got another message stating that it would be available in-store the next day, with a four-day window for pickup.

When I arrived at the store, it was surprisingly quiet, and I noticed three staff members chatting behind the counter about how nice it was to have a peaceful day. Eventually, they acknowledged my presence. One staff member seemed annoyed at my interruption, and after a lengthy conversation about my delivery issue, he went to the storeroom and returned with a box that contained a different item than what I had ordered. When I pointed this out, he simply gestured at a checklist on the box without saying a word. I bit my tongue, choosing to hold back my frustration.

I mentioned that one of my items was still missing, and he casually responded that it might arrive with the next delivery. When I asked if he could check the system, he said he couldn’t access it. Frustrated, I left the store, vowing never to return.

The following week, I did receive the other item I ordered, but my experience left a sour taste. The staff seemed indifferent, and it’s clear they don’t understand the importance of customer service. I certainly won't be visiting the Sligo store again.

The salesperson i dealth with was so informative and friendly. I found it such an easy exoerience buying my bench. His name was josh and il definitely be going back again in the retail park in sligo.
