Hidden charges ,
I cancelled a delivery the day before it was scheduled as I had a family emergency and couldn’t be there . I was charged €59 for this change . I was at no stage made aware that this fee would apply . I think it is appalling.
I felt completely powerless , it was a hidden charge and it’s unjust .

Josh in Sligo EZ living was superb helping us to make a furniture decision for an item we need for a family member with reduced mobility. We needed it for Christmas. He gave great info re options, materials, price points, delivery time lines. He was so pleasant to deal with. From start to finish a superb experience. I couldn’t recommend EZ living enough!
