I called by to look at sofas when a garden furniture set caught my eye. Alison was the lady who served me. It’s a long time since I had such a Pleasant experience dealing with a genuinely lovely person. As we chatted I noticed another piece of garden furniture that I liked, Yohander then joined in the conversation and in turn was equally a lovely guy, helpful & joyful. He carried the piece to my car for me. I felt they both had a genuine interest in looking after me in the Swords store. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was bothering them. A super experience. Exceptional Customer Service
I have been dealing with Alison in the Airside store for the past two weeks as we are replacing our faulty sofa. She has been extremely helpful and patient while we make sure we are making the right decision in choosing our new sofa.
She went above and beyond this week ringing us to let us know the stores were closing early yesterday (Thursday 25 June) as we had mentioned we might drop back out and she didn’t want us making the journey unnecessarily. She has made what was a stressful situation much more pleasant and I would recommend everyone try to deal with her if they can.

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with ezliving.
The customer service is terrible,
I bought a sofa and the gaps between corps are very big an I asked customer service to send me someone to fix it, and surprise.
They send me a tehnician with no qualifications in that job and he come to my house taking some pictures from my sofa and he advised customer service that the gaps are in the factories limits.
I rang again an they sent me a email stating that I am allowed to bring the sofa back but I am going to lose 30% of 3000 euros full sofa price, the insurance an the delivery .
I was going to get back half of full price 3000.
It's much worse if I was buying some from temu or alibaba.
Never go back in that store again.

Following your concerns, we arranged for one of our qualified service technicians to inspect your sofa in your home.
After carrying out the inspection, the technician found no manufacturing fault with the sofa.
They also confirmed that it is consistent with the same model displayed on our showroom floor and that the spacing between the sections is within the manufacturer's accepted tolerances.
We would also like to respectfully address your comment regarding our technician's qualifications.
We do not accept the suggestion that they were unqualified.
Our technicians are trained and experienced in assessing furniture against manufacturer specifications and industry standards, and their findings are based on those criteria.
We appreciate that this outcome is not the one you were hoping for. As outlined by our customer service team, we have discussed the options available to you in line with our terms and conditions.
We value all customer feedback and are sorry that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied. If you would like to discuss the matter further, we would be happy to continue the conversation directly with you.
