We knew the piece we wanted beforehand but the staff where very attentive quick and precise. On picking up the piece the member of staff helped me put it in my car.

Delivery/ customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service and customer support from EZ Living.
I was at home the entire time waiting for my furniture delivery, but the driver never called me, despite the fact that I live in a complex apartment building where contacting the customer is essential. The driver later claimed he knocked on the door, but this is simply not true — no one knocked, and no proper attempt was made to contact me.
At 12:34, I received a text message from customer service informing me that I would need to reschedule my delivery. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they were completely unhelpful and blamed me instead. They said the only option was to reschedule the delivery and pay an additional €59 fee, even though the failed delivery was clearly not my fault.
The driver didn’t call, didn’t wait even five minutes, and made no real effort to complete the delivery. I was inside my home waiting the entire time.
I also went to the store where I purchased the furniture and showed the sales assistant all the messages and the voice message I had received. She told me this was not the first time customers had complained about the delivery service and agreed that there was clearly a lack of communication in this situation.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer care and accountability. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue fairly, customer service simply blamed me and demanded more money to rearrange the delivery.
I would like this issue resolved properly without being charged an additional €59 fee for a failed delivery attempt that was not my fault. This whole experience has been stressful, frustrating, and highly unprofessional.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how frustrating this experience must have been.
To provide some clarity regarding the delivery, a tracking link was sent on the morning of your scheduled delivery, allowing you live updates on the driver’s location and estimated arrival time throughout the day.
Our records also show that the driver contacted you at 11:48am to advise they were approximately 30 minutes away, and this call was successfully received by yourself.
A second call was made at 12:28pm once the driver arrived outside the property. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach you at that time and did not receive an answer at the door.
A voicemail was left, and the drivers waited for a period equivalent to the scheduled delivery time before, regrettably, having to mark the delivery as unsuccessful in order to avoid delays to subsequent deliveries on the route.
We completely appreciate that deliveries to apartment complexes can sometimes present additional challenges, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the missed delivery.
Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.
We sincerely hope your upcoming redelivery goes smoothly and as a gesture we have waived the redelivery fee on this occasion, and we look forward to providing you with a much more positive experience moving forward.
