I purchased a sofa and dining chairs today in EZ Living in Tallaght. I had a really nice experience with a member of staff called Deirdre she’s a credit to the store. She went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. I will definitely be back again in the near future.

The EZliving furniture store had an amazing range of furniture on display. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. Deirdre went out of her way to help me find everything I needed. She didn’t rush me nor did I feel pressured to make any purchases. However I ended up buying everything I needed and more, I couldn’t be happier. The delivery is also super fast which really surprised me.
NOTE!! This store is completely different to EZ living interiors?!? Only found that out today ;)

The customer service was amazing and very helpful.

After a waiting 2 months for the furniture they sent met about 30 emails to confirm the delivery date,but when they arrived home they refused to bring it in because few stairs and they drove back saying nothing,i am surprised this company still in business!! I want to the shop to complain about the bad treatments they put the blame on the delivery team,ok i got my money back but what a stress it was(living room sofas)

The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were buying bar stools and tables, we were shown the full selection and we weren’t rushed. We both commented how pleasant everyone was.

We were looking for a mattress.
The one displayed on the shop floor had a mattress topper, we asked the shop assistant if the topper was included with the mattress.He said no it wasn’t.After telling him it was a bit misleading to have it there and not be included he persisted that it was only for show.
We bought the mattress and went to another store to get a mattress topper we spent quite a lot on a good topper.It was Then delivered with the bed frame we bought.The next day our mattress came from EZ living with the topper we were told was not included.Its quite clear the staff are not trained on the products and are giving misleading information to customers.Also the manager of the shop had a tough luck attitude towards there staffs incompetence.

Our salesperson was incredibly helpful, guiding us through all the options, and leaving us time to take a decision on which bed we were going to purchase. There was zero pressure applied, and in the end we bought a bed and a new table and chairs.

We had a really enjoyable shopping experience in EZ living Tallaght. This store is very homely and beautifully merchandised. Aidan was really helpful both times we visited and took particular care with the ordering process for our bed. We will definitely be back again!

Aidan the salesman was amazing! very knowledgeable, gave excellent demonstrations of each sofa, and offered great advice. Friendly, professional, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable!

the staff in Tallaght could not hove been more helpful in assisting me in selecting the new table and chairs from a comprehensive choice they offered.
it was ready for collection on the day I requested and they helped me load it into my vehicle.
I would highly recommend EZ Living for any furniture choices you have !

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at EZ Living! The customer service exceeded all my expectations. Aiden who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me several options that matched my requirements perfectly.

What really impressed me was his attention to detail and genuine desire to help. He explained all the features, warranties, and delivery options thoroughly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The store has an excellent selection of products, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality they offer. The showroom is well-organized and spacious, allowing customers to properly explore all items.

I would 100% recommend EZ Living to anyone. It's refreshing to find a place where customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. Five stars without a doubt!
