Bought a bed from the boucher road store recently. Staff in store were great, stock levels meant quick delivery and on the day tracking and updates were brilliant to organise my day around. Delivery crew were the only let down being quite sarcastic with me

Good selection and helpful staff

Amazing sales staff
Great selection of sofas at great prices but the sales assistant we dealt with really elevated our experience it was Luke in the Boucher road store and I've never experienced customer service so good he was absolutely fantastic at his job a total credit to the company

Beautiful showroom, vast selection and fab staff
Such a beautiful showroom with plenty of staff whose presence is understated and friendly, without pressuring at all, which was lovely. In particular, Simon helped me at the Boucher Road store, and i returned the followong day to make a decision and was instantly recognised, but he let me wander the store again under no pressure, offering his help only if needed. This was a really relaxed and enjoyable experience shopping for a major outlay, and I couldnt recommend Simon highly enough!

From the moment I went in to the Store to ask about bedroom furniture Jonny was extremely helpful. I left with my order completed due to be delivered in the future, and if my room is not ready by that date Jonny assured me that the order can be held.
