Bed Hunting Made Easy
Great store, well laid out with an interesting design and informative layout that anticipates your next question.
Staff are always important as the human link with the customer and our sales consultant, Mark, made a search for a specific bed and mattress very easy.
His knowledge of the stock and his ability to shortlist our options emphasised his professionalism and made our job easier. His follow up was just as good in providing an early delivery and follow through.

Great choice, lovely staff
One of the reasons we keep coming back to EZ Living is become there is a very relaxed feeling in store. Staff are incredibly helpful and available if you need them but unlike other stores they give you space to browse and don't jump on you as soon as you walk through the door. I dealt with Jonny H on a previous visit and he was just as helpful, friendly and down to earth when I visited a few days ago. Great customer service as always!

I only recently discovered EZ Living…
I only recently discovered EZ Living and enjoyed my first visit to the Coleraine branch - where I was impressed with the quality and range on offer.
I was undergoing radiotherapy in September at Belfast City Hospital and visited the Boucher Road branch on one of my afternoons - I saw a desk that really appealed to me and was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner - thank you!
The delivery was about 3 weeks later (as promised) - the Van Driver and his Colleague quickly and efficiently set up my desk within about 10 minutes. They took all the packing away with them. I offered a cup of tea - but they were focused on getting the assembly completed and on to the next job.
Honestly - I couldn't be happier with the desk. Thank you EZ-Living - I'll be back!
